Service is always a bit iffy (English is obviously a second language for many of the staff) but despite coming here regularly for more than a decade, through three decor changes, and ordering just about everything on the menu, I have never had a bad meal. The vegetarian spring and salad rolls are particularly wonderful, and the pho is always fantastic. Very, very tasty.

Saigon is one of my favourite vietnamese restaurant in Ottawa.
The food was excellent. Service was good. The place is clean with a new look compare to before.

It was the first snow of the season and cold outside so my friend and I went to have wonton soup and springrolls. We usually order take-out and love it.
BUT I HAD 2 FLIES IN MY SOUP. We did not eat the rest of our meal and left.
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants...not any more, will not go back! - Order: wonton soup and springrolls.

THis is one of my favorite places to go, food-wise. It is not expensive, and sooooooo yummy. I crave it all the time.

Second time there. First was with a big group (20) and I did not enjoy the experience.
This time was much better. Food is excellent. Service is good but difficult to comunicate with server. Use the numbers on the menu to order.
The restaurant is pretty small but usually has a few open spaces.
I would recommend this to anyone who likes to try new food styles.
- Order: JT merlot was out so we had house wine Calamari very good! I had (52) sizzle, fresh sauteed veggies, shrimps, BBQ pork, calamari, chicken and vermicelli. It was very good! Girlfriend had combination #2. Won ton soup, shrimp skewer, beef skewer, shrimp roll, 2 dipping sauces and rice. great!
