Mexicali Rosa's (Queen)

Terrible service. Very rude servers. Bathrooms were dertier than a gas station. We were there for dinner and I got sick the day after.

Ordered Nachos the portion was very small. I ordered the (Regular Size). There are better restaurants in Ottawa where you get a better value for your money.

The service is weird, everytime we go there, we don't know what to expect. Few times we had poor servers and other times we had good ones.

Some of the servers seem angry at all times!

We go there to enjoy the view on the river, however, the inconsistent service and quality is a definite turn off.

I won't recommend this restaurant nor bash it. Go on your own risk.

Ok food, terrible service. Took forever to get food, and the waitress was extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Nachos were horrible! Very slow awful service, over 2 hours to get the main course.Manager and the owner did not seem to care for our complain & started that no one else has any problem with the service. Very arrogant management and unprofessional! will never go back there ever!

Terrible... Nachos where horrible... service was horrible.. should just close it down or fire the staff and start over.

It took forever to get our waiter's attention...even before we ordered (and we didn't even have water). The food came late, the order was wrong and the manager had to be called in the end.

Food was good but service was awful! Took a while to get served and then once we had our food, we had to get her attention for the bill.
