AVOID THIS HOLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I had a party of 76 people booked 5 months in advance and paid for in advance and I was humiliated by the insanely incompetent manner in which this catastrophe was managed!

Even though I paid in full in advance for everyone's meal, the dump ran out of food and wine before 9 PM and I had to lend them $300 to buy more food. The owner never showed up to repay me!

Dinner was supposed to be at 7 PM, after 11 PM several tables had still not been served, and when they did finally get served, they were given raw chicken and had to send it back.

This place is, by a freeking mile, the absolute worst business I have ever seen.

The owner is a snake, the serving staff tries hard but are under-trained, inexperienced and left to work in inhuman conditions.

The owner, who I paid in advance, ripped off my 76 guests and left my wife and me hanging there with a room full of angry people. He can't be trusted.

This place needs to be put out of business, pronto!

First of all, the music was great. It was Saturday night with the Jewel. I love the Jewel, especially Frances Ebbrell.
Anyway! We had a BALL at Jazz'oo. The service was a bit slow but I LOVED THE FOOD! I don't usually like blue cheese but the ravioli was amazing! We got soup, salad, ravioli and dessert (which again, was amazing!).
The music was a bit loud, but I love the music so I can't complain!
I want to go again next week!!

I went to Jazz'oo last Saturday night for The Jewel Live and ... wow! I loved it.
The food was delicious and the music was really lovely. My husband and I danced the night away.
The service could have been a bit faster, but I think they were just struggling with the crowd.
The food was absolutely delicious, like I said before.
I would definitely go back again. I loved it! YUMMY!

We went for lunch to Jazz'oo on a holiday Monday as not much was open. We selected this restaurant as one of our group had gone there for after work drinks.

Upon arrival, we were the only ones in the restaurant, presumably the first ones that day as it was around noon. We waited a while until a server noticed that someone was in the restaurant and were sat at a nice table near the windows.

The service was very slow and inattentive. 3 of us ordered the Chicken Sandwich with salad as the side (one with roasted red peppers on the side) and one person a Green Salad with chicken (dressing on the side).

Approximately 20 minutes after we ordered, our server came by to ask whether those of us who had ordered salads as sides would be willing to change for either soup or potatoes as they were running low on salad. All three of us agreed reluctantly, two of us got the soup (cream of vegetable) and one got the roasted potatoes.

When our food finally arrived, there were a number of issues with it:
- The salad as a main was supposed to have dressing on the side, it was put on the salad
- the soups and roasted potatoes were cold
- the sandwich that was supposed to have roasted red peppers on the side came without any

The server gave us a discount on all of our meals without any discussion, which was generous of her, but that was my first and last visit to Jazz'oo!

After walking in front of this place everyday I finally decided to give it a shot and I was thoroughly disappointed.

Service: Very slow service, the waitress did not mention what the soup of the day or specials were. The main dishes were both cold and we had to wait for the waitress to get back to ask for cutlery. She did return with cutlery but no napkins. I ordered the tuna and she did not ask how I would like it cooked.

Food: Both our main dishes were very bland, the smoked salmon pasta was cold and we requested to get it heated again. The sesame tuna was way over cooked, I would have been more satisfied with canned tuna. This place was a real let down. Everything we had was very overpriced for the quality. We also planned to have a nice bottle of wine with our dinner but I was shocked that they only had cheap wine by the glass. I don't know what their red wine selection was but they only had four choices of white wines (naked grape, yellowtail, santa clara and something else).

There is no doubt that unsuspecting tourists are the reason why Jazz'oo is still in business. I can't imagine that anyone would regularly go eat at Jazz'oo, let alone recommend it to anyone else. The only thing they got right is the decor; the aquarium is splendid.

Don't be tricked by the classy facade.

I've tried a few times, but you couldn't pay me to go back! Poor quality of food for the price, staff is poorly trained with terrible menu knowledge, there were fruit flies EVERYWHERE and it took forever for us to get our food AGAIN! If you're looking for a nice time out, don't go here!

I have visited this restaurant several times out of curiosity. If one inquires enough, it turns out that this restaurant is not paying its employees. 6 different head chefs in 6 months!... No wonder the service in getting worse and the food is inconsistent.

A nice spot to get a tasty lunch and some tea. Staff is friendly and food is fresh. Lots of beverage choices!

NICE MUSIC, REALLY GOOD SERVICE AND DELICIOUS COFFEE AND FOOD.
