The ambiance was very lovely, but freezing. Not comfortable. Service was good but we were the only party there minus the wait staff at the bar. Basically the meal was uneventful, and my friend's meal was hardly enough food to feed a child, and at $15 an entree for the type of cusine, not worth it at all. felt ripped off.

Very good mains. Good Black beans. Highly recommend the steak and goat cheese enchiladas.

Would definitely not order the calamari again. Avoid the potato side. Good Black beans. Sangria is below par.

Outdoor setting is pleasant but indoor furnishings are definitely tacky.

Fajitas on par with Lone Star. Deep fried ice cream surprisingly good. Tortillas were nice but a notch under the best.

The staff is very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable about the food on the menu.

The nachos were excellent, large enough to share between two people. The green tomato salsa on top was deliscious.

They brewed a fresh pot of decaf coffee for us afterwards.

We went to this restaurant based on the reviews on this website. The waiter was excellent and confirmed my selection of the stuffed chicken breast as one of the most popular. Started with the margarita which was the best I have ever had. The stuffed chicken breast in cilantro cream sauce was excellent, cooked perfectly and served in a seperate dish. The sides of rice and beans were mediocre at best in terms of flavor and were obviously re-warmed but not thoroughly.
Not overly expensive. I would return to try other dishes, but would not order the beans or rice again.

I have never been to this resturant but i know people who have, they enjoyed it very much and said that everything was excelent, and i want to go very much because my name is Feleena!!!!

Excellent courteous service from Les the owner. He recognize us even if we are in Ottawa only once a year. Food is great! Great choice of meals. MARGARITA'S are the best ever tasted. Ambiance is very warm and always a pleasure to come. We went twice this visit and we are regularly coming since 1999. When we are in Ottawa we make time to eat at Feleena's

A little taste of Mexico in the heart of the Glebe.
I have dined at Feleenas on several occasions and have never once been disappointed with both the fare and service. This small but cozy restaurant has me wanting one of his 'famous margaritas' as soon as I enter. The food is tasty and the options to mix up your plate with various portions of rice, beans, salad, veggies, potato, etc., with your entre is nice. Try the special, they are always quite tasty. For desert, I recommend the chocolate deep fried ice cream with whipped cream and a cherry. You may want a second. His prices are very reasonable considering the large portions. It is obvious the owner (Les, with a hands on approach), keeps a loyal clientele as he seems to know most of his patrons. And even when new patrons come in it appears he knows them. He's quite engaging. His eager to please/quick witted service keeps you smiling during your visit. Not to mention his staff of various servers provide great service.
The "Cheers" of Ottawa. Sure.
