73 North Restaurant Lounge

This is the busiest place on sparks street allll day. They never have a second to even breathe so don't complain about the manager he's the best. Always nice and always happy to see you. Yes the waitresses take a bit of time bringing the food or drinks but its not like there are only 5 ppl there.. its always FULL... Anyways I love this place and their other lounge Gallery on Montreal Road.

Wow I was amazed at how awful the service was here both times I have gone. Last time though:
I had to flag someone down so a server would come see me
She forgot to order the sheesha, but lied and said they were taking long (I had seen so many others get theirs before me)
It took 45 minutes to finally get the sheesha
Then we had to pay or bill at 8:30, which was fine
BUT she forgot to order our food and never came back to see us for 40 minutes, at which point I finally flagged down another server and asked about our food.
I asked for the food for free because of everything that had happened (when I should have been offered), so she offered to send a manager to speak with me.
10 minutes later he still hadn't come and the poor server had to come tell me herself that the manager wouldn't even come see me.

I have never been treated so horribly in a restaurant, and the fact that the manager didn't even come just proves that there is AWFUL service there - the manager should set the tone for everything. Ridiculous and so insulting!

Ive been there enough times...this place is the best place you could go to. GREAT FOOD..GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE...GREAT ATMOSPHERE..its soo great i keep going back there...i do recommand everyone to try it....

crazy busy patio, bit of a wait for a seat. once in the server (Colleen) was nice and apologetic in advance if a wait occured. surprisingly though our drinks and food arrived in just a few minutes. Honestly though, we really came for the shisha and will definitely be back for it again. devine! great music, great food, great smoke!

the place was full , and we got our breakfast really quick we had to catch bus tour thanks. great price 4.25

The service was great, our server was a girl named Micho. She was amazing. She Mad us all laugh and made it a time we will never forget. Thanks for a great time!

The waitress was cool, the food was good, the Shisha was exquisite. We dined in a booth, then went outside for Shisha. Although the two atmospheres contrasted in energy levels, the overall experience was consistently satisfying.

Absolutely the worst service I ever experienced! On top of that small portions and the owner had a bad attitude! The place refuses to serve water and makes customers pay for bottled water. The arrogant owner did nothing about the complaint. Bad customer service is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
