Fazios Restaurant & Wine Experience

First off, this is not Fine Dining, it's family dining at best. I've been here twice, had the Seafood linguini the first time and was pretty good, not great but tasty, and there was lots. The second time it wasn't good at all, tasted like the scallops and shrimp were thawed in a microwave, the linguini wasn't el dente but overcooked. We likely wont go back, there are much better restaurants outside of oshawa.

I am a very picky person in regards to eating out. I was amazed at how fresh and good the food is. The staff Very inviting. The owner was around to all tables not just asking how things were, also helping the staff out were needed. I will go back and back again. With every picky person comes some negatives. Parking is on the street (In a Downtown). Don't let that stop you.

My husband took my family and i out for a fancy dinner for my birthday. the atmosphere was lovely. the service was not so good. i didnt want the seafood that came with my pasta and wanted to get vegies instead but he said that wasnt possible. to me that is insane..vegies are way cheaper, its not like i was asking for steak. i just piled them on my husbands plate. but the food was amazing. very tasty. besides the waiter being not so pleasing of a person we had a good time. and the creme brule was the best i had ever tasted!! so creamy! i would visit again just for that :)

We took some friends to Fazio's to introduce them to the only culinary highlight in Oshawa. Mike P had the steak neptune, while Mike B had the ribs. Susan and Licinia had the salmone fresco and they could not find words to describe the fabulous flavours. From the appetizer to the dessert, the food was fresh, delicious and filling. We have been going to Fazio's for years and it never lets us down. We will continue to introduce friends and family to this experience and we know that they will return to Fazio's regularly just as we do. This restaurant truly is a food and wine experience!

Fazio's is an amazing Restaurant. Especially fun when Tino comes by and tells you a story or two!!! Now Nick and Rosaleen have taken the Torch, and they are doing an amazing job, as always!!! If you want great food, great atmosphere, go to Fazio's!! You will not be disappointed!!

These chefs should not try to cook seafood. It was all like rubber. As much as I appreciate them trying to have a nice, classy restaurant in downtown Oshawa, this place fell short on many levels. My husband's veal was really fatty.

The atmosphere was nice though and the service ok.

Server (Joe ..I think) went above and beyond to recommending wine to complete service.

Maid course- My girlfriend and I both had the Steak with crab.....very very tasty and cooked to the way we ordered.

And the desert was excellent.

They have a huge selection of wine .....I think the wine menu was 30 - 50 pages.

Price was very good.

I can't believe it was $18 for alfredo, guess if you can get it charge it. Once enough for me. Seafood dish almost cheaper.
I would consider it upscale dining not definitely not fine.
Impressive wine menu though.

This is not fine dining, its family casual. Very poor quality food.
