I grew up in the east end of Toronto and have frequented many a roti shop out in Scarborough.
The food here was just okay. The owner/cook was the only one in the entire establishment when I popped in, and he handled EVERYTHING and seemed quite frazzled.
The only thing I really enjoyed were the plantains, but they're hard to screw up.
The roti is definitely not worth returning for. I'll keep looking in the area!
