Review: If you go to restaurants for the food, you need to visit this place! People here complain about the decor and whatnot, and I admit it could use a little fixing up, but when I go to restaurants I go to eat, and have a nice night out with friends or family....not to stare at a wall.
The food was amazing! I suggest the Shahi chicken, Butter chicken and the Baja balls (my favorite). So amazing! The naan is also the best I have ever had.
The service was great too. Our waiter was really funny, and totally helpful. He was able to answer any questions we had about the food, like what they did to make the lentil soup soo tasty and sweet.
Some people complain that the outside looks run down, and that people would never go in by the looks of it...but thats fine by me if it means there will always be a seat for me when I go!
This place is my little secret, and I'd love for it to stay that way.
But the people there are sooo nice that I have no problem helping them get more customers!

Review: Food isn't bad, but there is better outside of Oakville. The buffet selection is minimal, but the food is decent. The decor's not too bad, but the place is sort of run down. The price was a bit more than would be expected for what you're getting.

Review: We found the food and service quite good, The food seemed fresh and quite tasty. The decor and atmosphere in the restaurant is somewhat fair/poor, but the food made up for this. We would definitely return to this restaurant and we would recommend it to others.

Review: I used to go there during the warmer months and thought the food was fine, but..... DON'T GO THERE IN THE WINTER! They refuse to heat the place November through March to the point where you need to eat with your mittens on. Absolutely ridiculous. When I made a comment about the cold, the owner lied to my face and said the temperature was fine. Newsflash: If I can see my breath in the air inside your restaurant, you're not properly heating the place.

Review: Food is great. Plus it is a buffet so it's all you can eat. (We eat there all the time.)

Review: I love Indian Food but this was NOT good. The restaurant appeared to be very dirty and in disrepair. One corner of the restaurant is like a junk pile of broken chairs & stuff. The ceiling in this area appears to be falling down in places. The place really needs a facelift. Until I hear it has been fixed up I would not go back. The food was cheap, all u can eat buffet for $8.99, but the quality was poor, I'd rather pay a few bucks more for something better, there is plenty of quality competition in Oakville for the same price range.

Review: I have eaten at this restaurant many times and have no complaints. The food is always fresh with many choices. The service is friendly and prompt. The decor is simple with no frills. For a casual, great tasting Indian food experience you can't beat this buffet. I always recommend and have introduced many friends to this restaurant. Never any bad reviews!

Review: First of all if i was just passing this restaurant and had not been told by someone to try it out, i wouldn't have gone in, its dingy, dirty and very run down. The food and service just went with the whole experience. For a party of two drinking only water the bill was $30. We sat ourselfs as we saw no one and about 10 min passed before someone came to ask us what we would like, the server mumbled and didn't make things very clear. The food was disgusting, all you can eat haha more like beat you can't eat any, i can't believe that people review this restaurant as ever good never mind amazing. Got to Kasturi's in hamilton, once you've eaten there you'd never go back to this place, its down right disgusting and should be closed down.
