I adore this place! Fabulous service, great prices, made fresh in front of you. They even substitute white rice for brown rice upon request! Best pick-up lunch in Bronte!

Excellent, fresh sushi! Made upon request, or ready-made trays in the fridge. Usually ready in 10-20 minutes for pick up. Good selection, slightly limited perhaps (i.e. they do not have deep fried shrimp sushi, etc)as it is a small, pick-up only place. Reasonably priced. EXCELLENT and pleasant service by the Japanese couple who own the place.

They do not accept VISA, only cash and debit. I forgot this once, and realized after i went to pick up my order i had only VISA on me. The owner said that was no problem, just to come back with the payment in a couple of days and told me to take the order and enjoy it!

This restaurant is really more of a pick-up bar, but has excellent quality and service. My sister and I are always greeted with a smile by the couple that run the place. They will make anything up right in front of you if you ask them, as well as having lots of ready-made things on hand. If you're downtown Bronte and looking to grab a healthy and tasty lunch (that isn't from the grocery store) then Hoyi is the place.
