Dragon House

Called to get a delivery at 9pm at night, the person who answered the phone took my number and confirmed my address and at this stage took my order. Once he had taken my order he then told me ' order was to small, can not deliver, not enough' i asked did i have to spend a certain amount of money to get food delivered and how much was it, he then told me it was 26 dollars so far, I asked was this not enough 3 meals being ordered, he then tried to tell me they did not have a delivery driver. They wasted my time on the phone. They need to employ people would good telephone manner if they wish to continue as a take out restaurant also.

Been ordering for years, always great service, good food, mistakes fixed fast. A tad pricey though.

I didn't feel that my meal was particullarly good. I found that the chicken balls were actually burnt. (Dark brown in colour instead of the usual golden colour)
The broccoli was very good. I like my broccoli cooked and I usually find with chinese food that they are underdone but in this case they were firm but not crunchy.
The rice was good although it was a tad bland and needed additional soy sauce.
Loved the spring rolls!

The pick up time was very short. I called and it was ready for pick up within 10 minutes. Its better to get delivery since its free (min order I think was $20).

Personally, I have always had consistently good take-out food from this establishment. My sister has mentioned that occasionally it's not that good, and she does order from there more often than I do.

This is a take-out only est. so service is only relative to the phone and pick-up aspect. Food was great and prepared very quickly. Service was good, but the whole, no name your a number only thing was kind of off-putting... but not really important as the food was very good. We will definitely be back and that's what is really important!

This place is inconsistent. We have eaten here a few times. Sometimes it is excellent and sometimes it is terrible. We keep trying because we believe we will get one of the good occasions. Like rolling the dice you would say. Either that or we are gluttons for punishment. Today was not so good. We are specific about a food allergy every time we order and they get it right 50% of the time. (They do however replace erroneous orders)Sometimes the food is hot. other times it is cold. sometimes the food is greasy, sometimes it is not. They are also not so good at changing the fryer oil. yes we will try again for some odd reason.

Excellent food, fast and friendly....

Service was great and fast, the rice is delicious, but the chicken balls were a little too hard and the breading might have been a little stale.

I love there food. Cooked fully and so taste full. It made my mouth water before i even tried it. The place is awsome!!!!!!!

First off the order was late.......next the order was wrong....lastly the customer service on the phone was horrible. A buisiness should be run a little bit better than this. If you order from here (which I don't advise) don't be surprised if you recieve the same horrible experience that I did.
