I seriously doubt if anyone works at this website anymore. I've emailed them closures and address changes months ago and nothing has been changed.

Gruncho, I have done the same thing about Agabi and the Painted Elephant and a handful of other restaurants.
I agree that these restaurantica comments are not being monitored at all.

Always consistent. Shwarmas are great. Falafal's are the best in town. Octopus appetizer is tender and tastey but a little stiff at $15. But you get what you pay for. Only good things to say about this place. Welcome to your new home on Kerr.

Agabi's location as changed every year due to slow business from past restaurants. I've always driven past the place, wanting to try it. I decided to pop in and get some takeout after work the other day. I enjoy Mediterranean food since time. I ordered their lamb meal and it took not too long for them to cook it out for me. It tasted pretty darn good. I was really full at the end of the meal and all, as it came with a good Greek salad and a pita. The only thing I would complain about is it seems a bit pricey. It's fair though, not trying to bash them for it. I expected it since it's not your typical fast food, Mr. Greek. Their stuff is way better than those fast-food types. I saw the dining room was pretty packed with people enjoying dinner and wine. Atmosphere was pretty nice. Next time, I'd like to try some of their taboule, as I make it at home myself and want to compare ^^
- Order: Lamb shank

So you're saying they moved into a larger location because they were not doing well? Seems odd.

Hey Y'all. I went to Agabi on Kerr last weekend. Myself, my husband and his friend decided we would get a chicken shwarma each for dinner. When my husband went to order for us, all he said was "3 Chicken Shwarm--" and the waiter said "okay" and ran off. So we wanted the dinner, but we ended up only receiving the pita. The pita itself was delicious, and VERY filling. I only ate half! Good thing we didn't get the dinners. We ended up getting some fries. It was just delicious, and I will DEFINITELY go back. Probably tonight... mmmm i can taste it now.

We ate here several months ago as we were new to oakville and wanted to try all the local restaurants. The service was pleasant enough but the food was just not there. Also, this will seem strange but there was way too much food. I ordered a tabbouleh and got a portion that would last me 2 weeks at home. My wife didnt the food and they were quite offended that we didnt finish it all.
- Order: octopus, tabbouleh, fish special, soup

Expect the real Lebanese taste in their food. Extensive Middle Eastern menu . Would be nicer if they have more Middle Eastern desserts and ice cream. Prices are very good. Try the taboule and the falafel with tehine sauce. I wonder if they can have some belly dancers.

I went back and tried their food again but once again it failed to impress. Like I said I was disappointed before and once again portions are too small for the price, take out is second place to diners. Food is still bland compared to Royal Shawarma on Third line (who's only downfall is keeping up with orders, still pricey but the food is great).
- Order: Chicken Shawarma

This restaurant was recommended by a neighbour...and it must be the best recommendation of a restaurant I've ever received. I always order their fatoosh salad and it's simply THE BEST! I've been to many mediteranean restaurants where the fatoosh salad has too much oil or all you taste is vinegar. The fatoosh here is refreshing with the lemon and spices they use. Had the braised lamb for the first time and it was tender and flavorful. We also had the garlic prawns (their appetizer) to start and it was just as delicious as the rest of the meal. The owners and staff are the friendliest and the place is clean. I wish I lived closer.
