Valley Fields Family Restaurant

This restaurant used to have good food but the quality has really gone down lately. The service was never great, they usually make at least one mistake. I used to not care so much because the food was great and the prices were reasonable but that's not the case anymore, it's a shame.

The servers, staff, and food are great. I eat there every weekend, and the occasional weekday. Price and quality cannot be beat in the Toronto area.

Excellent Service
Held 2 private luncheons there for over 50 people. A Baby shower and Memorial Lunch in their private rooms downstairs. They went out of their way to make our lunch great. Very friendly staff. Prices were very reasonable. Even provided Fresh flowers for centrepieces!
Highly recommend holding your function there.
Have been to lunch in the upstairs restaurant as well. Had a Chicken souvlaki dinner. Excellent.

Not there best...

Valley Fields is like coming home for dinner. Great home cooked-style meals in more than ample quantity, friendly staff who remember you, lots of smiles, great service. It is one of the hidden treasures in Don Mills.

I discovered Valleyfields just before Christmas 2006 when I met a friend there for breakfast. I was shocked to find everything freshly cooked upon ordering, fast service and very reasonable prices. Their breakfast special is $5.42 taxes in plus tip and is delicious. Finally a restaurant that uses excellent quality bacon. I've since had lunch and dinner here and am very impressed with the quality of the meals. Everything is prepared just like a home cooked meal. The dinner menu is constantly changing with nightly specials to provide an impressive variety of excellence dishes at very reasonable prices.
