This place made us feel at home. This was our first trip to Canada. We were more than pleasently surprised by the staff, food and atmosphere. I would and will send everyone I know to this place. The poutine was off the wall crazy good. I would personally like to thank the staff for everything.

Every time I have taken my family there for over 8 years. I've never had any problems. The food was very quick and delicious the service has gotten better with time and for atmosphere, you get what you pay for. If they do renovate, just like every restaurant, they need to up the price. It is an old building and has it's stories but it reminds me of having dinner at home. For the cleanliness of the place. Trust me it is better then a lot of other places. As a cook for over 17 years experience, I decided to lay my experience there for work. I have worked in many restaurants in Niagara Falls and will not eat at most of them. For health reasons.(Don't want to die). The health board has done many tours of the place and find nothing wrong with anything. Except how they keep the prices so low. It has a clean kitchen. Remember it is a restaurant that is open and busy all day, It will get a little dirty during the day. When we close we give the kitchen a thorough cleaning for the next day. They have transfered owners a while back, They are great to work for. Food quality, and cleanliness are very important. I will not work at anyplace that I will not eat at.

My girlfriends and I frequently visit Queens Coach to have a quick bite before we start our day. The food as always is tasteful and comes out quickly however the people cooking the food and the area they prepare it in is questionable. Also I don't think there has ever been a time where we have actually had a server who was polite and asked us how our meal was. I have been there many times with no quality check when we have had issues with our order. If the server ever does approach the table 9 out of 10 times she is rude and snappy and usually not even our server as she is no where to be found. Coming from someone who also works in the restaurant industry I would like to see Queens Coach make some serious changes with their staff and building. Just because it used to be a "smoke pit" for bikers and whoever else back then dosn't mean it still has to be one now, the atmosphere makes it even harder for us to enjoy our breakfast.
- Order: Queens Special
- Food at Breakfast/Lunch is ok.

The food at breakfast and lunch is fine; otherwise the menu is rather limiting. The decor of this restaurant is very lacking and is in need of serious updating. The booth seats are uncomfortable for most people and oddly shaped making entry and exit difficult. I wouldn't really recommend the restaurant at supper. It can be dark and dingy in there with no natural light by that time. In short, it is quick and cheap. It would be threatened seriously by a restaurant with quick cheap food and a nicer atmosphere. The front hall leading into the restaurant is not kept free of water puddles and the floor becomes quite slippery. There is even no sign warning of a "wet floor" (winter time). Similarly, the restaurant is slow/if at all, to salt the parking area in winter conditions. The windows could be kept cleaner so there is not obvious mud on them and the front door leading into the main restaurant room should be clean.

I've been there for breakfast and lunch several times.
The full breakfast is very, very good.
The toasted western at lunch is a little skimpy.
I have to say the battered fish is generous but I like a certain chippewa restaurant's fish better. - Order: everything

This was was formerly (a few years ago) a smoke pit that catered to bikers and therefore had VERY cheap prices. When the regional smoking ban came into effect, Queen's Coach didn't change their prices. So now you can go here for an ultra cheap breakfast of MONSTROUS proportions, served VERY fast and efficiently. You will be stuffed and the bill will make you smile.
As for complaints about the interior/environment, remember that this used to be a smoke pit. The owners seem to have experimented with the idea of leaving their prices the same and seeing if business would take off without any renovations after the smoking ban. By all indications, this happened. The place is always packed. Yes, some of the interior is in poor repair, but the fast service and great breakfast totally make up or it! And it is always busy, which definitely helps distract you from any poor aesthetics.
You have only three good breakfast choices in Niagara Falls if you want huge portions for cheap: Queen's Coach, Basell's or Falls Manor. Locals don't go anywhere else.

The Queen's coach serves fast, inexpensive, and not to mention delicious food. Although it may need rennovations and improved wait staff, this is a fantastic resturant...especially for breakfast and should not be missed

The food was pretty good considering the amount we paid for it. The service on the other hand was crap. When I asked her what kind of mashed potatoes they served she said "the real kind" as apposed to what, the fake kind? I mean come on! She wasn't that knowledgeable on the rest of the menu either.
The interior and the exterior was discusting looking.
Inconclusion, I would never take anyone on a date here, however if you're on a budget and you feel like eating cheap low budget food, this is a good place to be. - Order: Mashed potatoes and some kind of meat (I forget what, snitzel maybe?) . My friend had chicken tenders and fries.

Are you the owner?
