Napoli is a beautiful restaurant with good food and great service. The antipasto was out of this world, it is more or less traditional Italia starter, but the roasted peppers were the best I have ever had. For being an Italian restaurant the pizza could have been a little better but would defiantly recommend this pace to anyone looking for a good Italian meal.

An "ex-pat" of the Falls Napoli was always a pizza joint. It has been quite a few years since I've been and the place has under gone some changes, but I'm happy to say the pizza lived up to the reputation.
The salad was fresh and not over dressed. The pizzas had a nice thin crust and were cooked perfectly. The toppings weren't skimpy or over loaded. The wings were crispy and had the right amount of sauce. The Tiramisu was amazing and you could tell it was homemade. The kids and the adults were all very happy.
The staff was great. The service was genuinely friendly and the people in the kitchen obviously took pride in what they sent out.
Seeing that Napoli has changed it's menu and the space I'm definitely going to go back for a grown-ups only night out the next time I visit the Falls. The menu and wine list look very tempting.

very disappointed in food , have been once before and it was good. The calamari was bland , the various pizzi ordered we over done and burnt on the bottom, not worth trying this one again.

MEAL 1: Ceasar salad, breaded veal with pasta
MEAL 2: Ceasar salad, angel hair pasta with shrimp and mussels
Ceasar salad was very drab and overpriced at $6.00. Meal number 1 was only ok, certainly not worth $18.00
Meal number 2 was adequate as far as the pasta, but the mussels were tough and non edible. Shrimp were ok. For $19.00 this meal was way overpriced and disappointing.
We had this place recommended to us by an Italian friend. I am not sure what her expectations are for this place, but we expected more. We wont be back.

We had heard about their pizza and I guarantee it was delicious. love the thin crust and the sauce must have been homemade. service was good and the restaurant is beautiful, a nice change from the fast paced, loud & hectic restaurants all around it. we will definately go back and i recommend it to everyone. i don't mind spending some money to have such a nice relaxing evening & great food, if i want cheap fast food i'll go to mcdonalds

Local residents, we tried this restaurant just once. Limited menu, pricey for what was served. Food was mediocre, not worth the price. For the same price you can get better food at some other local restaurants.

If I wanted to spend $50 on Roman Cheese's frozen lasagna, I would have went to A&P and bought a whole one for $9. Totally not Italian or Authentic, did someones Daddy buy this place for them. I don't think they even have a chef, or he wouldn't be serving frozen lasagnas, what a joke!!!!

The only reason for an 8 overall was price. More than we normally spend as we eat out twice a week. Nice bread with flavored olive oil for dipping. Lasagne was small but good. No salads offered with entrees. Pizza crust, nice and thin. Very pleasant staff all around. We'll probably go here 2-3 times per year due to price.

This restaurant serves the best italian food in niagara falls in a setting that is truly Italian. For those that have been to Italy they will certainly know what I mean! The service starting from the owner straight through to the waiters and waitresses is absolutely excellent to say the least!
