Montana's Restaurant

Waiting for food over 75 minutes. Good way to ruin a fun family holiday. When it got there some of it was cold. Waiter blamed kitchen staff. I have always felt an attentive server would have noticed the long delay and mentioned something to said kitchen satff rather than letting it happen and then blame them. = lousy service Won't be back and it has put me off other Monatana's

We buzzed around the Falls looking for a restaurant that caught our eyes,we landed here due to hunger. Parking was a 15 min. fiasco.(which we paid for) I was quite busy and thought "boy it's gonna be SLOW". To my suprise it was just the opposite. We recieved our drinks and APPS. in about 10 mins. Big cheers to the kitchen staff! All our meals were good and never had to ask for anything else,it was promptly anticipated by our sharp server who knew how to "upsell" without being pushy at all.(just a few recommendations is all it should really take)
Now that fact that it was so busy seemed a little too.."hustle &bustle", for quiet conversation at our table.Not a great place to go for an intimate dinner for two. In the end it was sufficial.

we had the worst experiencce here, our apps. were fantastic the service was great- than our ribs came out cold they all got sent back all seven of them, they came back out again and they were okay - the ribs by the way taste like hot dogs!!!! the most expensive hot dog i have ever had! so we order some more to get our money worth.. its takes 15 minutes in between and they send out 3 ribs at a time!!!!!!!! our server then starts getting offensive about everything! absolutely horriblee!!!!

This place was great. The service was excellent. The food was awesome. Our waiter was superb with excellent customer service. He had a great sense of humour and made us laugh. His attitude was great and he was very bubbly! He also even open the door for us on the way out! With this great service, we believe that this is how customer service should be. We really enjoyed our food and we would visit this place again. I would definitely recommend this place!

The appetizer took forever to get to the table and was cold.The chicken wings were dried up and old tasting.The hamburgers tasted like it came from Mcdonalds. The steak eas o.K. The worst meal we ever had.Will not be back and will tell all my friends.

The place is clean and the food was excellent. The dessert was one of the best i ever had. Keep up the great work!

We ordered our appetizers and the waitress got most of them wrong. WE didnt complain..we ate them..the steaks came.. I ordered mine medium rare..the colour was great..other than it was COLD...i asked for a new steak ask if they had to throw it back on the grill it would have been overcooked. The waitress came back 5 min later saying..they dont just give you a new steak because you say it is cold. Other people in my party can attest to the fact it was indeed COLD ..not luke warm but cold, like it was sitting around at least 10 minutes while the other food was being prepared. The waitress then said she can't do anything did I want to talk to the manager. While this was going on most people in my party had finished eating. The manager finally came out and argued with me that the temp the meat. I agreed the meat looked great and if it hadnt been left sitting around while everyone else's meal was being cooked maybe it would have been great and he he still refused to cook me a new steak. So, I went without a dinner. They gave me a bill for my salad which I had eaten.

I would have rated THIS Montana's a zero if I could. I ordered a large spinach salad (cost, almost $10) and got 10 leaves of spinach. It was supposed to come with mixed vegetables. I got one red pepper and one piece of zucchini. Each measured 1 inch X 1/6 of an inch!!! There were three wedges of tomato. I sent this insulting portion back to the kitchen. A second one came back that was marginally bigger but was still void of the vegetables promised on the menu. The manager refused to remove the salad from my bill. I have since written to Montana's head office to report this offensive offering. I have not heard back. I also let head office know that my guest and I waited at least three minutes just to get seated. We should have left. I would absolutely NEVER return to the Niagara Falls Montana. The manager there needs to be fired. He is putting his profit margin way ahead of customer satisfaction. In fact, customer satisfaction isn't even on his radar. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RESTAURANT!!!

The server was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu, food was great!
