Just a couple of miles west of the falls. Easy to miss, but glad we didn't. Really cute decorations inside (chickens, roosters, eggs) in a small, cozy arrangement of tables. Delicious breakfast at very reasonable price.

We have finally found the breakfast place we've been looking for. My wife and I have just recently moved to Niagara Falls and were searching for a great place to take our 2 and a half year old son for breakfast every weekend, a little family tradition.
So far we have been to the Falls Manor the last three weeks and it has been excellent every time. The service is great, and the food is delicious. We all order the waffles when we visit, but I get peameal bacon with mine which is melt in your mouth fantastic.
For tourists looking for a great meal at a great price look no further than the Falls Manor. Stay away from the all you can eat buffets that are located closer to Clifton Hill as they tend to overcharge for drinks with mediocre to awful food.
We will definitely be coming back again very soon!
- Order: Belgian Waffles with Peameal Bacon & Regular Bacon
- I make the same mistake each year

I always forget why I never visit Falls Manor.
Usually I go to the queens coach (that's another review entirely), and then leave because it's too busy (it's a Sunday morning, of course it's busy)
Then we go to the other side of town, and eat the the Falls Manor.
The food was over cooked, the bacon was salty plastic, the service was non existent, and the diet-pop was flat.
I'm sorry that all the tourists have to think this is what Niagara Falls food tastes like.

Restaurant service was slower than I have experienced before. It was a fair amount of time before we were given menus and our table was not cleaned. Although the restaurant is quite clean, they could benefit from a bus boy/girl. The pepper burger was good as was the broasted potatoes. The senior's chicken dinner was with the skin and was not very meaty (more like KFC). The accompanying salad was good. Gravy was received with the mashed potatoes instead of the order butter. The server did not return to see if more coffee was wanted. She did finally present the cheque at the end of the meal, but would not take the card up for scanning to the cash. The best thing about this restaurant are the prices and it is clean.
- Order: Pepper burger with broasted potatoes; tea - Senior's 2 piece chicken dinner; green salad, mashed potatoes; coffee

A local favorite; you certainly can't go wrong. With all the ridiculous restaurant prices in Niagara Falls, this is one of the few saving graces of Lundy's Lane. Thankfully it is just far enough away from the major tourism district that it doesn't get ruined by a flood of outsiders. Breakfast is fantastic but the menu and prices for all meals will put a smile on your face. Great, homely place. As a good example, my wife and I have triplet boys and, despite the rigors of raising them in the early years, we couldn't turn down our craving for a Falls Manor breakfast. The owner was so impressed that we came in despite the "craziness" that he gave us our whole meal for free. Not that a freebie makes a restaurant great, but you get the picture. They know that, in this crazy city of our's, locals matter.

Best chicken ever. You have to try the broasted potatoes. Always hot and made fresh. Large variety on the menu. Great value for your money. Kids love it. Have been going there for years. Take out is just as good as eat in.

The patchwork frame structure with tiny door openings and lots of separate rooms gives you the feeling you''ve just stepped into your grandmother''s house. And the aromas let you know she''s about to feed you well. The food was delicious, as told by the clean plates my children left behind. Though they were packed and we waited a few minutes for a table, everything was quick and smooth once seated.

Really nice place with nice personnel, quiet and really nice decorated, nice atmosphere; for 35$ we had a really big breakfast that included one order of a large waffle with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, green tea; and the other, of a large omelet with veggies, sausages, baked beans, toast, coffee, also fruit jams and warm syrup to our discretion.
