I do not know how they did it, but they ruined 2 perfectly good steaks. Dry, awful tasting. Medium rare was cooked to well. The potatoes were cold. I could not complete my steak it was so bad and we went up town and had to get food at Wendy's.

We went to the Canyon Creek Chophouse on Sunday. They had a prix fix menu -$30 for starters, entree and dessert. Simply excellent. The service was excellent; the view over the Falls stunning; and the food - all three courses - super. We "rolled" back to the car stuffed feeling it was worth every penny. When is the last time you said that coming out of a restaurant?
