Boston Pizza

went with a group after work, on the sports bar side, did not like the food, did not like the menu, very expensive food and drinks, sweet potato fries were the worst, slow service

For the cost of this restaurant, I would not recommend it. Service was not good and food was OK only. Not worth the price and aggrevation.

We arrived at Boston Pizza just before 11am, on our way to Niagara Falls. Although the place had the doors open, I had to wait to use the restroom, till it was "officially" open. After 3 hours of driving, I really had to go. First Impression: The waitress was so unfriendly, she deserves a good shaking. It was almost like it was beneath her, to wait on us lowly patrons, as she probably had something better to do (like watching grass grow or paint dry). We asked for pop with no ice and she brought us pop "with" ice. When we asked her to remove the pop and bring us pop withought ice (she probably scooped out the ice with a spoon, it took her long enough), she wanted to know why and gave us a lecture on how the water was steralized before making ice. I don't know which water treatment plant where she worked before but she was full of it. The point is, if a patron wants pop no ice, then by George, they should get there wish. Also the management was loud enough to wake the dead. So eventhough the food was okay, make sure that the server from hell is not working, if you want to enjoy your meal.

Spring Rolls were cold in center. When questioned the waitress on it, she indicated that is how they are to be served.

Nice and cozy place with nice but sort of weird personnel, nice atmosphere though;for 50-55$ we had a really big dinner that included a really good and big shrimp, veggies(lots and lots of black olives),ham and tomato sauce pizza;chicken teriyaki sesame seed salad; spicy chicken wings as appetizer; beer and wine. After dinner, we moved to the bar/arcade area,were we had a drink and played pool, bowling and other games for a few hours, that’s because we were really too full to walk to the car. Definitely have dinner/lunch again the next time we're in town.

WITHOUT ANYTHING ELSE, TERRIBLE, RACIALY MOTIVATED, NO CONVERSATION STAFF. AT THE BEGINNING WE WERE SITTED NO ONE CAME FOR QUITE SOME TIME, WHEN THE MALE STAFF MEMBER DID ARRIVE, IT WAS "WHAT YOU WANT TO DRINK". THOSE ARE THE LAST WORDS BESIDES "READY TO PAY", I HAD TO FIND THE INDIVIDUAL TO ORDER DRINKS, FOOD AND ASK FOR THE BILL. HAVING FAMILY OUT OF TOWN FROM THE UNITED STATES IS THE ONLY REASON FOR ME NOT GETTING UP AND WALKING OUT. BEING A MEMBER OF THE SERVICE INDUSTRY THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, AND IT IS STILL TO BE PUBLISHED ON MY NEXT VISIT TO NIAGARA FALLS. AT THE END NICE TOUCH WITH THE STAFF MEMBER NOT TALKING, POINTING ON THE BILL WHERE HE HAD CIRCLED "GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED". I WILL VISIT THIS SITE AGAIN

The service was great, very friendly. But the food wasnt that great. We had pasta and found it very blah, the pizza was okay but overall not worth going back.

First of all - The pizza was excellent!!!!
The lady who served us was very nice!!
BUT the chicken wings were barely cooked - We took only 2 or 3 wings out of the bunch and left the rest. When our server asked us if we wanted to take them home we said no. She asked why and we told her they weren't cooked. She said she would try to get something off the bill. She came back and told us that we could have 10% off. We got a whopping 69 cents off our bill. It's not the money, just the principle.

The Store was amazing. Not only did the interior have a unique look, but the food and service was out of this world. Thanks to Jay for serving me and my friends.... and to Eric ( the manager ) for accomidating our group. Cheers
