When we first entered we were seated right beside the door. The cold winter air blew in our faces everytime the door opened. The waiter (who I belive was also in charge that day) was rude. When our orders were taken he came over with a bottle of mustard which he dropped on my winter jacket. When our food finally arrived it was all cold! My ribs were hard as rock and cold and the fries looked like they were fried twice. I was so unsatisfied and they did nothing to accomodate us. When I went to pay they told me their debit card machine was broken...why didn't they tell us that when we walked in? What if I had no credit cards? Anyway it was one of the worse places I've been to in my life. They should seriously hire new managment and new cooks. Worse restaurant ever.

The calamari was terrible. Tasted as if it was frozen breaded calamari. It was over breaded and dried out. The chicken wrap was more like a lettuce salad in a wrap. The pasta dish was OK. Not at all special. We had to wait forever for our order to be delivered. I would not go back.
- Order: There were 4 of us. We had mediterean pasts and chicken wrap with calamari for an appetizer.

the service from the kitchen was slip shod and sub standard.
My friend said her steak was ok,for $19 ok is not good enough.
my first steak was like rubber,I sent it back, the second steak was edible and that is saying a lot, without Hp sauce it would have had no taste at all.It also came back withe the same vegetables from the first plate,of course they were cold.

I can't believe that this place will stay in operation, at least at other places the prices are high and you get something that tastes like it was cooked today.
- Order: I had the sovlaki, and it looked like it had never even been grilled, the veggies were lifeless, and the rice was obviously microwaved. I was extremely dissapointed. Service was ok.

I am writing on behalf of our guests, Kristy & Kirk from New Jersey. They had a window seat at your establishment and enjoyed their meal. George & I recommended Roasters from a recent dinner we attended through a NOTL Chamber of Commerce invitation.
Thank you for the complimentary dinner on Wed. April 5th we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, wine and comradery.
Sinerely,
George & Valerie Rowe

My boyfriend and I were in Niagara on the Lake on a Sunday and searched high and low for a restaurant for a late dinner at 8pm. By default, being the only restaurant on the main strip that was open, we went to Roasters. The menu seemed OK, so we ordered wine and appetizers to start. The white wine we ordered came complete with a suspicious looking floaty bit in it, so we had it exchanged. The waiter was very obliging. The appetizers were OK, nothing spectacular. When our main meals came however, my boyfriend and I each took maybe 2 bites and both agreed we couldn't bear to take any more. The food was TERRIBLE, overdone, poor quality and overpriced. Neither of us have ever complained at a restaurant before, but we couldn't let this one go. The waiter again was very obliging and apologetic, he was basically the only good thing going for Roasters. We would NEVER go to this restaurant again...ever. Ick.
