Baaaaad service. They ignore you while you wait at the door for service. They don't make eye contact...I guess if they don't see you they don't have to serve you! Yes, the restaurant in busy, but the whole place is so small, I'm sure the servers have only 3 tables each!
You could be standing there like an idiot for 30 min before you are acknowledged and by that time, everyone at the tables are whispering "geez they have been standing there forever!"

Food is alright, but I'll take my money where they want it.

Just a short note about the cleanliness of the restaraunt. I find it to be extremely clean. I have never noticed dirt, cobwebs etc. It is hard to control the amount of flies in any place when doors are opening and closing constantly or it is being held open while people are waiting. Upon seeing the previous review I thoroughly checked around and noticed two standup machines that emit a non-chemical spray which I have noticed at numerous restaraunts to help eliminate flies. It is to bad for your experience as I have been there 60 times with family and friends and have referred it to so many people who feel the same way I do. It is a great place to eat and clean also. I just hope one person's bad review doesn't ruin it for the others who haven't tried it. I even took my finger to the wall ledges to check for dust and my finger remained clean. I also have never seen such a cleaner washroom as well as hand sanitizer gel at the server station etc. The food is great, price is unbelievably cheap and they don't skimp on anything.

I have tried this restaurant again to see if things had improved. Conditions inside are still dirty and there are many flies. I still note that on the Niagara region food dining inspection site this restaurant is repeatedly sited for critical food safety infractions. They are corrected within a few days, but it would be nice to see that the problems do not re-occur every visit. I won't come back.

There was a wait at the door but let me tell you it was worth every minute of it...The waitress we had was great!! I can't remember her name but she sounded american (very pretty) and she went well above and beyond for us... The food portion was huge.. I will def be back and I will tell people about this hidden little secrect..

The food was very good, even the home fries were tasty which I don't really like. The Mediterranean omelette was delicious and I would recommend it to someone dining here. As the restaurant is very small however, and when the temperature is cold outside, the door opening quickly cools off the diner such that you have to wear a coat. I can manage the cooler temperature however. I did check the restaurant later on the Niagara Region Public Health Food Establishment Disclosure Website (see link below) and that 8 Critical Food Safety Issues were found on different occasions over this winter. The problems are corrected, but they should not reappear so frequently as to establish a pattern.

Recommended by a friend. Great food and very reasonable prices. Real cheese in the omelet, not processed. Will definitely be back!

Even though the diner is not very big, we had to wait almost 20 minutes before our server finally NOTICED us - not served, NOTICED. The food was only average, nothing special, but you get what you pay for, and this place is pretty cheap. Apparently, we became invisible again, cuz it was another 20 minutes AFTER we finished that our server noticed us. What should have been a quick breakfast turned out to be well over an hour, most of which spent waiting for her. Ridiculous!!

The food as usual was great... we will be back again!!

Best damn breakfast I ever had with a killer price to boot. The atmosphere was intimate and it was relaxing. We had breakfast there with a friend and the food was phenominal. Keep up the awesome work and we will be back soon.

Portion was good and price was cheap.
