Review: Just moved to Aurora and that was the first sushi place we stopped at to give it a try.
We got lunch buffet special for 10.95. Food was very sub par. Looks like everything was premade because it arrived too quickly.
Miso soup was the first to arrive and immediately set off my "omg this will suck" spidy sense. Sea weed was very trough and I found just 3 tiny pieces of tofu, no more than 5 millimeters in size.
Next we got tempura and gyoza. Yam tempura was very thin and had absolutely no taste. Gyoza was overcooked and was tough as crackers with very little stuffing.
Sushi and maki that followed the appetizer made us want to stop eating, but the place would charge us $1 for each unfinished piece, so we felt "pressured" to finish. Rice was too cold (refrigerated), very plain and mushy. Sushi was impossible to eat by hand because rice was sticking like glue (and it was supposed to be finger food).
Speaking of sushi, if you want to see just how thin it's possible to cut salmon, Itto is the place to visit. On 4 pieces of salmon sushi there was less salmon than you'd expect to be in a single maki and there wasn't any wasabi either. Very disappointing.
Maki was just as bad. Nori (sea weed) was very hard to chew through. "Crispy" salmon felt like chewing on day old tempura crumbs - very hard and didn't even remind me of salmon.
The place itself is run by a Chinese family which sat down to has lunch during downtime next to us on one of the very many tightly positioned tables. We had to wait for 5 minutes until somebody noticed us and brought the bill.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I will never go back.
- Order: veg. tempura, gyoza, crispy salmon maki, salmon sushi, spicy salmon maki, miso

Review: I love sushi itto! Very impressed with the food and service. One thing I would change is the smell of oil in the restaurant. I find that when we dine in, my hair and clothes end up smelling like fried food. I've been ordering take-out lately to avoid this problem. I still recommend it though!!! Just make sure your prepared for the smell!

Review: First of all to "The Service is Horrible" they are not rude ever...well maybe the owner but no one else...Second they dont put lettuce in their red dragon and Third their spicy mayo is absolutly amazing..I recommend everyone to order it on the side to try it out (its free!)...I go to sushi itto about once a week and all the servers and the owner no me and my girlfriend very well even though i have never formally introduced myself. It is a great environment with great sushi which is not different for buffet as takeout!!!! I highly recommend the crispy rolls, and the crispy salmon hand rolls. My only negative is the washrooms I would go to the washroom before I show up

Review: Never had the buffet (perhaps there's a difference), but we get takeout platters often. The staff has been very polite, the portions are very ample, it's wonderfully fresh, and the taste is great. In comparison to other sushi places I've been to, it's a good value - and above-average in taste. The hostess (?) will often offer us tea while waiting for our pickup. We eat there regularly.

Review: the service is horrible. after your first order they get more and more rude when u want more. they purposely forget items, i say this becuase it has happened everything i've gone. it feels dirty in there and they put luttuce in the dragon rolls.. ewww... they also have nasty mayo that they put in their items and everything is 'okay' nothing in there is 'wow, soo good!". anyways, if you want low priced sushi and u want to eat alot and can put up wiht bad service, go there, and don't look at where they prep the food.. it might turn u off.
- Order: had the lunch buffet.. everything
