THE FOOD SUCKS!!!
sushi - not fresh at all (remember to check the sushi dishes, most of them are dirty and have stuff on the dishes)
Fried foods - ok (but that's not what I come here for)
DimSums - some are all dried up ...
Icecreams - cheap way-too-sweet icecreams
peking duck - the worst I've had.. the wrappings tasted different than others.. and the duck itself.. well when I was there only the fats and bones were left...
I went on a weekday.. maybe the food will be more fresh on weekends... But I won't go again..

I have been starwalk many times, the food always tasty, the price is not as high as some of other buffet restaurants, especially I love the dimsum, I don't see any problem with the service, not excellent but very good.
Over all is lot much better than Imperial & Mandarin buffet. - Order: buffet

This place use to be amazing with amazing real all you can eat peking duck!
But now, I don't know what happened to the place...last dinner i went to, I got chicken poisoning because their BBQ chicken wasn't cooked all the way ( slimy).
Then i called the owner to complain and he said come by for a complimentary lunch or dinner.
I went back for the lunch buffet, and my spring roll had a hair wrapped around it. surprise, surprise.
There are way better buffets to eat at. Mandarin, International buffet, heck anything is better than getting poisoned and hairs in your spring rolls!

We've been to Starwalk serveral times and most of the times it during lunch. We have a few dinner there too where we experienced a very poor service from very rude people of Starwalk. First we were told to get only one each of the oyster coz' they have a very limited serving. But hey are we not paying for an all you can eat buffet? Same true with the other menu like the roast duck, lobster and clams. On top of this shortcoming, the people serving are very rude talking to clients as if you are on a ration basis. Take note every time I go there it is becoming worst . So watch out dont waste your money there are other restaurant who are will to serve you will a smile without waiting for the food only to be told that you can only have one piece. Try Imperial bufffet, their people are ffriendly and they even have a better and healthier food and cleaner place. A lots of seafood too.

I have tried out most of the buffets around Mississauga, Mandarin, Imperial, China Buffet, etc... but my favorite remains Starwalk in terms of the overall quality of food, variety, price, and service.
Most people tend to think Mandarin is the best, but I think that's only because Mandarin has been around the most and most well-known. In my opinion, Mandarin's quality has gone down while their prices have gone up.
Unlike Mandarin, where you'd normally be told the 30 minutes wait, Starwalk's huge hallroom with lots of tables ensures that we are always seated as soon as we get there. It doesn't feel as cramped as Mandarin where the ceiling was so low and you are so close to other people around you either once you are seated. Same goes with the food counters.
Their sushi is the best I've had at chinese buffets nearby. I don't think anywhere else can you get decent spicy tuna rolls, and salmon sushi for lunch buffets. They also have a great salad bar. They have a pretty respectable dimsum counter as well with Xia Jiao, chicken feet, tripes, dumplings, buns, etc...
The best is their awesome price of only $12 I think for weekend lunch buffet, which has all the things I mentioned above. We go there at least a couple of times a month now and will probably continue to do so.

Atmosphere was below average. It looks like they were too lazy to renovate from the last buffet that was previously there. The food is not worth the price. The quality is lower than usual dimsum places. I like quality not quantity. But if all food tastes the same to you then why not. I will not return unless I have to.

This place was a total ripoff. They charge just as much as the mandarin yet they have not even half as much selection in their buffet. A lot of their food was dried up and should have been replaced. I felt totallly ripped off after and will not be returning here again or recommending it to anyone.
