Disgusting trash that acts like it is sushi. Anyone who goes here is as dumb as a con caught walking into a copper's office. Real sushi would kill itself by jumping off the Bloor Bridge if it knew about this faker.

I've been to this place a lot, even before it became an all you can eat sushi restaurant. Unlike most Sushi places in the area, this isn't ran by Koreans, but Chinese. The food here is hit and miss, on a good day, its great, but I've been here on days where its not so good, but their Salmon Teriyaki is really great and so is the soft shell crab and spider rolls. The Sushi/Sashimi is so so as the fish sometimes is not the freshest. They have a good selection for a Sushi place in Mississauga (probably the best).
Service however isn't so great, I remember one time when I paid for cash for me and my wife, and the waitress asked us if I wanted change back (the change was roughly $15), I am usually a generous tipper but no way was I gonna tip $15 for sub par service. Eating here I usually get the feeling that they are trying to rush us out to get more customers in as this place is usually very busy and they are just trying to turn tables. Sometimes items that are ordered are forgetten but this seldomly happens. We go here mostly because the food is good and its much closer then the better AYCE sushi restaurants down in markham. Also, you have a time limit here and the service staff will remind you when your time is almost up and will ask you to leave if you.

FOOD IS SO UNAUTHENTIC here! No wonder a whole bunch trendies are sitting here pretending they like Sushi/Japanese food. No one who has any relation in Japan has entered this Canadianized western roll place let alone worked here.

Have stopped coming here. The service was just so slow and difficult. I love the food, but very annoying having to wave down rude waitresses in a busy restaurant for wasabi or soya and tea cups sitting empty. There's other sushi places with good food that I would much rather go to because their service is awesome.

After my 2nd attempt, I was finally able to get a table at Prince Sushi. I think the trick is to get there as close to 5pm as possible - they start serving dinner at this time.
After reading the reviews, I had high expectations in terms of the food, but low ones for their service.
Food - It was okay. They had some beef, mushroom dishes that other AYCE sushi places do not offer. Despite this, I don't think it's any better than Momiji or Japan Buffet.
Some of my maki near the end of my meal, when the place was getting busier, seemed to get more sloppy.
Dessert - Not on the menu, but only 2 flavours of ice cream were offered: red bean + vanilla. Nothing else. Soft drinks NOT included in price.
***Note: Maki comes in 8 pieces, not 6! So keep this into consideration when ordering!***
Service - It was okay as well. As usual, some dishes that I ordered did not arrive, but this was a blessing in disguise! My tea was refilled on a regular basis, a glass of water was brought upon request.
Atmosphere - I found this the most disappointing. I felt as though I was dining in a cave! They need to crank up their lighting. If you sit near the front door, it's fine, but I was seated towards the back of the restaurant.
I always find lighting affects my appetite and lowers my overall impression on the food.
If you're in a party of 2, the tables - not booths - get extremely crowded with all the serving dishes! If possible, ask to be seated in a booth, although these appear to be reserved for parties of 4.
***Reservations cannot be made for parties of 2, it's first come, first served when I called.***

Attention to all new and frequent customers. Everyone who've reviewed, I totally agree with your experience. For me, I would say, the food is amazing! If you can stand the torture.
Sadly, there are two things that will disappoint you. Clearly (all those who usually go), you will definitely have to wait at least 20 minutes. No booking allowed under 5 people. It's even worst when you see other customers that come after you, get seats because they are in "twos".
And the other thing that will definitely frustrate you, is the manger or boss, the golden hair lady. She is completely rude. Recently in January, my workplace decided to host a dinner at Prince. We've book a table for 12, two weeks prior to our celebration dinner. The "boss" (or manager, or the golden hair lady) tells us, "yup, you are booked". The day of our dinner, my boss calls again to re-confirm, "yes, we will expect you at 7," the boss replies. When we arrive, "Hi, we're under the reservation of _______". "Sorry, you guys canceled 30 minutes ago".
Amazing. She's the biggest 'witch' ever. I just went 4 hours ago, (which is, by-the-way the rating of this review). I waited, 30 minutes and watched countless couples get seats before my friends and I. The food was good, hands down. Then when it came to the bill, I was like: "cool, I'm going to get the change and give them 9%, due to the waiting". The boss comes, "here's your change" in the get-out-of-here-attitude. So I was like, "yeah, thanks, keep the change" (which was $4 or 6%). She snapped and said: "THAT'S ONLY 2%!" and stormed away. My friends and I laughed, waiting for the man to come (nice guy! you should definitely have him serve you. glasses, short hair, fairly old), and I told him, "hey, your boss is a 'witch'." He starts laughing. He doesn't defend her or even hide his emotions, he just laughs. "Hey, here's the tip, please, I want you to keep it. Don't give it to your boss" ($6 or 8-9%, tips after tax was just too much in general... they weren't amazing). And we left. Great dinner. =)

Service was efficient and waitress was polite. Atmosphere and decor were both alright. Spicy tuna roll was not at all spicy and the rice was a bit overcooked. The rainbow roll was pretty good - the specialty rolls are larger than most restaurants. The pieces of fish over the nigiri sushi were also large. My dining companions enjoyed the vegetable tempura.
- Order: spicy tuna maki, rainbow roll, tempura, california roll, salmon roll
