Pizza Hut

Pizza hut used to be OK quality food back in the nineties or maybe I had lower standards. Their changes degraded the quality of their food and service is a joke. The waitress looks so trired with the cargo pants when I can go to Moxie's and see a cutie ina nice skirt showing some assets. When I was there, the cook must have left the pasta in the water way too long and it was not the best I have ever eaten in a long time. Pizza Hut needs help and its sad because their food used to be good but now its the worst of the worst in terms of quality. Charge a little more, ban kids from running in the aisle, get an attractive waitress and pay attention to making the food less oily.

Cold pizza and horrible service make for an experience I do not wish to repeat. My husband and I stopped in at this Pizza Hut to pick up some dinner after work. We gave our order to the kid at the order counter and were told it would be 20 minutes so chose to wait on the bench in their entrance. After 25 minutes or so of watching the staff act irresponsible in the kitchen and hearing them receive complaints from other customers, I asked if my order was ready yet. I waited ten minutes for a response to this simple question as they ran around not too sure. I was told the pizza hadn't even gone into the oven yet. I waited, and in ten minutes again asked if my pizza was ready. The staff again ran around confused looking for my order and finally explained it would be a few more minutes. I pointed to a couple boxes of pizza ready for pickup on top of the oven and said I thought those might be mine and gave my name. They assured me it was not and told me to keep waiting. Another ten minutes pass and at this point I again ask where my order is and what seems to be the problem. They then figure out that my pizza IS the one sitting on top of the oven and its been sitting there for more than half an hour and is now cold. I gave up and asked for a refund. I didn't want to eat anything made by these incompetent teenagers. It seemed absolutely ridiculous to me that I should sit in their entrance for more than an hour while my pizza sits behind the counter getting cold because some idiots can't keep a few orders organized. Plus it seems like each time I checked on the order progress I was being fed lies. I will never return to this location, even though there will likely be staff turnover. I can only imagine that staff that incompetent is somehow a reflection of the management.

Food trays were dirty. Lack of variety in buffet. Food wasn't fresh. Had to wait for new pizzas to arrive even though it wasn't busy.

I've been to other Pizza Hut buffets with a lot more variety, cleanliness and fresh food. I realize that you get what you pay for, but I'll be visiting another Pizza Hut location next time.

The buffet lunch at pizza hut is awesome. I'd go every day if I could. Too bad the service at this particular Pizza Hut is so horrible. I'll still go back though!
