Golden Turtle (Pho Rua Vang Restaurant)

This is my go-to Vietnamese place when I'm in that area.

What sets it apart is its efficient service: Always courteous and fast.

Not too much to elaborate on, but I've never had a bad meal here!

It's been a while since my last review, and I'm glad to start again with a good restaurant!

Every time I go to Golden China, I notice that the parking lot is full and everyone is heading into the other door. I realize now that I may have been going to the wrong door all this time.

Food: This is some very very good soup I've had. However, without the noodles to balance the soup, the whole dynamic of the bowl is ruined. I am therefore very picky about the noodles. Unfortunately, the noodles I had were a bit overcooked and shredded. Perhaps the soup was so hot that it cooked the noodles even more while inside the bowl. I am hoping that this was a one-time thing considering that the price was $7.45 when compared to the $6.50 at other joints in the city.

Atmosphere: Clean and efficient! I had noticed that the kitchen was very quiet and there was no sense of rushing during the full house. I hope that this is a sign that the other menu items are good. The interior looks aged and could benefit with a renovation, but it's really not important.

Service: The wait staff here were courteous and helpful. The best I've seen at a Vietnamese restaurant so far!

I would certainly love to go back, but the noodles bug me too much. Despite that, it's a recommended restaurant.

Ok, I consider myself a Pho conoisseur and I am definitely giving this place 5 stars, Their Pho is Fantastic and you can really taste the flavour. The noodles were not over cooked - perfect and the rare beef was just so tender-- like velvet! I love crispy spring rolls and we couldn't stop ordering-- the meat in the spring rolls melt in your mouth and the crispy outside was just so light and delicate and not overly saturated with oil. We also ordered the shrimp rolls with vermicelli-- excellent and fresh! As well, we ordered some vietnamese espresso and tea with condensed milk-- divine! If you don't care about decor but are serious about the quality of your Pho then this is the place to visit. Service is quick and they are super polite and attentive. My new favorite Pho place in town!

probably my favorite place to eat when it comes to pho in mississauga. the employees are always there when you need them, my boyfriend always customs his rice dish by adding bbq chicken. i'm quite a regular there and there haven't been one bad experience yet. you gotta check this place out :)

Regular customer for 2+ years. Pho is always good, probably best in Mississauga next to Pho Ba Ca. Other dishes are great as well and they accommidate others who req special dishes. Have visited as a couple and with a small group and experience has always been good.

Only downside is the amenities, place looks like a barebones Vietnamese restaurant and AVOID the washroom, last time I went there it was poorly maintained and I almost hurled. Good food nonetheless.

It was around 2:30, and there were full of people having their lunch. I ordered pho as usual. I like pho this restaurant. And a onwer seems always friendly.

Their pho version is not enough flavour. Rice dishes are good. No plans to come back anyway as they do cost more than some of the other vietnamese restaurant I've been.

Amazing and tasty every single time I go. I'm there sometimes twice a week and I always order the same order!
