Deep Novelties

Nice looking dining area. The buffet has good variety however the dishes can be hit or miss. Not every dish tasted fresh, nor was anything spectacular. Not a bad place to try but there was nothing that would encourage me to visit there repeatedly considering Brar Sweets is a couple of minutes away

I eat here quite often and have never been disappointed.
The lunch/dinner buffet always has a good variety of dishes to choose from. The service is good and the place is clean with nice decor.

I think the food here is great!!! My husband and i move from mississauga to brampton and thought that given the large population on indian people in Brapton that we would be able to easily find a great indian restaurant - haven't found anything better than deep novelties...the food is amazing and the prices are so low. I do agree that the service is slow. I think it's run by a husband and wife and thier 2 children, the kids serve. It's true i've never seen any of them smile...ever!. I'm not the best with accents no matter how hard i try - the husband and wife talk so low and so expressionless that it's sometime hard to understand what they're asking me... I feel bad asking for them to repeat themselves...feel insensitive to thier culture, if they would speak us and be a bit more social i would at least be able hear what they are saying. Regardless, i will continue to go back again and again because the food is amazing. the service isn't so much as rude as it is vacant.

Me and my family eat buffet, was very tasty. I like the samosa and butter chicken was good. Me and my family come many times to deep novelties, we like very much. Very nice waiter, he bring mango lassi very fast and was nice. I go again...

I went there a treat for my father on fathers day with my family. We had Al a Carte and the food and service was excellent. But we were abit upset to see that people who had buffet - still expected table service!!!!!! That is nonsence. We were treated with kindness all evening. People should remember Buffet service is Buffet service - Have these people never been to Buffet before and you will see you never even see anyone around at least at Deep Novelties there is good service for Buffet goers.

Looks like there are lots of traffic in this resturant this days. I went there from Windsor about 3 weeks earlier with my family.

I would say many of reviewers hit the nail in the head. The service is inadequate indeed... no doubt about it.
The food was good, but nothing out of ordinary. There are many places in Toronto that offer much more variety for buffet for the price.

The interior decoration was nice, but the wasroom was stincky and a "mess!"

I booked my mother's 40th party here for 50 people. All guests really enjoyed it. Wonderful venue for party style buffet. Thank you to Deep Novelties. Food and help was great.

My friend and I dropped in as he was needing a refill on his Curry quotient.
Nice place if a little cafeteria in style, Clean though. Small salad bar. Maybe 10 to 12 items on the Hot table.
The Chicken Tandori and the Honey Chilli Chicken were well done.
Service was practically non-existent, we each went up to the buffet for seconds only to find out empty plates were still waiting for us when we returned.
If you are going to run an "All-You-Can-Eat" Buffet, the least you can do is be attentive and clear the table while the patron is up for more.

Three weeks before me and my husband went physically to this reataurent "deep novelties" to book for a b'day party . These people have no idea about reservation,they gave our slot to some one else. We felt very embarassed when we reached there for the party.They were very rude to us infront of our guests, and gave us poor service.We had to work in our party, as they were very slow and not at all helpful.
The food was good,other than that we are very disappointed with their customer service and poor management.I would suggest others, not to throw parties here.For me this is it...........no more.
