  • Horrible experience. The waiter with blonde hair with a high pitch voice (yes, a man...) is the absolutely worst and rudest waiter ever, just like the other reviews on this site. Don't ever go into this restaurant. Prices are not cheap, food is way below average, the worst part is service is absolutelyhorrible. No offence against gay people, but if you get a waiter that is absolutely rude, and try to make it up by touching all of the guys in the group, then it's just WRONG. Food was pretty bad as well.

Don't waste your money, go find a restaurant on Main st instead.

WORST, RUDEST WAITER EVER. If you see multiple reviews showing people are unhappy with this restaurant's service, it means don't waste your money on this restaurant!

  • Order: Onion soup, chicken supreme, some others

  • The French onion soup and chicken dinner were acceptable. The Caesar salad was disappointing and the shrimp pasta was basically inedible, swimming in oil and no flavor. Neither party which ordered this would finish it. The surly waiter just shrugged his shoulders when he asked whether we enjoyed the meal and we told him.

The red wine Pellar Estates was fine but the glass of white at $11.00 very disappointing. When opening the bottle of red wine the waiter stuck his finger in the bottle of wine to retrieve cork debris. Who knows where his finger has been. He also never offered the cork to smell.

We thought it was extremely pricy for the quality of food and type of service we received. I would rate this as a 2 star restaurant with 4 star prices. I would never go back there again.

  • Order: Caesar Salads, French onion soup, Chicken dinner, Shrimp pasta, bottle of red wine and glass of white.

  • My husband and I go to the Bluestone for breakfast a few times a month. The food is consistently excellent and it comes out quickly. The service is also very good. I especially like that they leave a coffee pot and large bottle of water on your table so that you can refill whenever you want. I would recommend this place to anyone.

  • Order: Eggs bennie and veggie omlette

Each time waiter and owner were rude...I will never go again!!!!!

  • Food was excelent and service was good. The flavour of my dish (the lobster and shrimp gnocchi) was perfect, nothing was overpowered, lobster and shrimp were done perfectly tender.

  • I frequent Bluestone for Brunch in Sundays and woudl say that it is probably the best place for Brunch in Markham/Unionville...better than Cora's and Milestones!!! They are both good but the omelette's are spectacular here!!

    Take my word and enjoy!!!

  • Order: Bluestone skillet - Onions, eggs and ham over potatoes and the Brie asparagus omelette are amazing...actually everything on the menu is amazing!!!
