Vietnamese Cuisine

I'm not quite sure what to make of this place. The first time I went, the pad thai was incredibly dry and pasty to the point where I didn't want to come back. However, the second time I went with a friend who really wanted to try it, I had a seafood noodle dish while she had the pad thai and both were incredible! I had assumed that maybe that had gotten a new chef or something because the food tasted a million times better. But the last time I went, I ordered the seafood noodle dish again but it was dry and pasty! So I'm not quite sure what to make of this place. The service is always good though. I hope the next time I go, the food will be good again.

My daughter loves the Pad Thai mainly because of the spongy tofu. I on the other hand find the vegetarian version tastes like fish sauce so I order a curry soup with potatoes and tofu.
The price is very low so for the two of us it's a cheap dinner. We used to go every week but we have stopped for no particular reason other than once a week is too much.
We will be back. The service is always good.
