We had a group of 30 and they did a great job accomodating to us on such short notice!!

We had a great time and the kids lost thier minds in the arcade!!

We will be back!!

We went here on a first date. We were playing pool and no one came over to ask if we wanted a drink or anything. It was a sunday night and they were pushing us to leave and weren't paying attention to us at all. The staff had a poor attitude. The restaurant also wasn't very clean and had a weird smell to it.

Went to the South location with another couple to have some beers and bowl. While waiting to bowl the service was shitty. The girl serving had a terrible attitude and she wasn't the only one !!! Maybe they were under staffed which may cause someone to hate their life. Bowling was pricey but very fun. Food is also pricey.

i have a 10 year background in kitchens, and find myself very understanding of kitchen problems, but the attitude i recieved was unacceptable...so i ordered a asiago dip and pita wedges, the first few pieces of pita i ate were fine, but then i bit into a stale one, i put it down and tried another one, stale again, all the pieces on the bottom were stale, i asked the waitress if she could get me some "fresher" ones, i asked very nicely and was met with a totally unacceptable attitute. The waitress was very rude and talked to me like i was an idiot, first she tried to tell me the pita was fine, then she stormed off to the kitchen.. its only pita!

Had a great time in the bar lounge. The staff were very cool. The manager took my kids on a guided tour of the place while my wife and I had a brief chance to relax. The food was great. If I had any complaint it would be the prices for some things.

the food was decent although i think $50 for some pizza and wings is a bit steep. besides this, the service was awful. at the end of our visit we asked for a take out box and were informed that we were "not allowed' to take home the wings, they are eat in only??? we thought this was crazy, we werent about to pay for something we werent allowed to take home so we asked to talk to a manager who was extremely rude to us and bascially asked us not to return. and i quote "there won't be a 'next time' for you guys" after i had mentioned that 'next time' we wouldnt order so much. he took the wings we didnt eat off the bill and threw them away..

AWFUL! and don't worry, we will not be back.

The food was great and I liked the large size of the daquiri, but the service we had was awful. I had to remind the staff twice that I had ordered a glass of wine, and by the time it finally came, I had already finished my meal. What were they waiting for?

It was cheap beer and the food was good! Its nice to play pool and just hang out with friends. Theres lots to do there and you can hang out with lots of people. The waiters come around just when your beer is finished and fill you up with another, which i love. It was also ice cold beer! Great place with a good location!

Great food and atmosphere. Prices are very average and similar to other restaurants. Great Service at the bar.

The prices for the quality of the food do not align, with regard to appeal. The environment is awesome. The bar was large, and the attitudes of employees was reassuring and up-beat. The bowling and pool offered is very fun - but overall, it is very expensive and a visit to the Palasad tends to leave the average Joe with an empty wallet.
