Marinos Pizzeria & Sports Bar

Been going to Marino's on and off for the past 5 years, and love it! The food is awesome, usually get a couple panzarotties for $15,or the greek stlyed wings, (greek salad is good too). Mostly everyone there are regulars, and know eachother which is nice. Been for kareoke a few times on the weekends, a blind man runs it who is an amazing singer and can basically sing anything! Definately a one-of-a-kind bar!

Group of 10 decided to order panzarottis from Marino's since our regular spot was closed. BIG mistake. When they showed up, they were DRIPPING with grease. We ordered them baked. And they had packed them 4 and 2 to a box. Without even bothering to label which ones were in each box. When we called to complain, we were told "It isn't written down that they were baked" Considering we told them that's how we wanted them, not too sure why it wasn't written down. Also heard "I wasn't told to label them" Umm, so how are we supposed to know which one is which? "Just open the top and figure it out." We were told that we were more than welcome to drive them back (we were working) and get our $$ back, but that he would not be making us new ones. "I'm really busy, I've got a party here, and karaoke going on" So clearly, if you want decent service you actually have to go IN to get it, because they don't really give a rip about their delivery. But it makes sense that they showed up fried. It takes longer to bake them, and when you're "busy", you wouldn't want to waste any time. It's easier to say "I don't have it written down" so that you can send them out quicker, and get back to the 'real' customers. Don't waste your time, or money.

these guys are known for they're panzzarotti, they have good panzzarotti, so ya these guys have good food and everything. ok atmosphere, good service, food is average.

Marino's is a friendly comfortable restaurant that specializes in Italian and Greek food, but serves a wide variety of diner and dinner selections as well. I love the baked pasta dishes, and I've yet to meet anyone who doesn't rave on about their panzerotti's. I've been eating at this establishment for about 7 years now, and always enjoy the food regardless what I order. The service is attentive and friendly. (If you go their a couple of times, they'll likely get to know you on a first name basis!). They have a pool table and dart boards as well as a big screen tv. The husband and wife who are the owners are a hospitable couple from diverse backgrounds; she brings the charm of a British pub with her distinctive English accent; and he will make you think you're visiting Greece with his genuine friendliness to all who visit.

This is a neighborhood establishment. Nothing too fancy, but definitely friendly, and most certainly down-to-earth. Many come here to re-acquaint with friends, and everyone is openly welcomed. Karaoke is offered on Thursdays and Saturdays starting around 10:00pm. And occasionally they even have live bands. It's a great spot for those who want to relax, have fun, have some great home-made food and are on a limited budget. Most dishes are between $6 and $12. I usually have a baked pasta dish which comes with a small salad and dinner roll, and I also have garlic bread with cheese. I usually have a couple of frosty pints of my favourite ale, and the total tab is about $20.

I've worked in restaurants in the past, and can't eat the food after working their. But I've spoken to the staff who currently work at Marinos as well as those who have moved on, and they ALL return to THEIR favourite diner to enjoy the great food and friends.

And where else can you get such great food cooked by Elvis himself (just one of their incredible cooks!).

I'm working on the plaza behind the restaurant and i go there everyday at lunch. i was surpised by the food it was amazing, and finally a burger thats made by hand. Don't let the corny decore fool you the food is great.

2 Panzerotti's, with 3 topppings on each for $13!? For the price and size you can't go wrong, not the best in London but they are pretty damn good! I go there about once a month and it's always good!

Been doing takeout Panzerotti & Pizza from Marino's for several years, and consistently getting good substantial portions for the price. Cook takes pride in giving you value for your money, never found the food wrong or undersized portions. A small, sports bar atmosphere, usually with a few drinkers hanging out to chat or play pool, so I usually do takeout (small kids eat better at home). Not a bad place to eat, but excellent portions and good taste bring me back about once a month to takeout.

I have actually been to this restaurant about 100 times. The food is awesome. They make the best panserottis ever (2 for $13) and they are huge. My only complaint about this restaurant is the atmosphere. The restaurant is usually full of drunks (no matter the time of day) and the service is brutal. There is usually only one waitress and the food takes forever.

This place was a complete surprise! The club was excellent and the service was excellent considering there is only one bartender/waitress in the place. Loved the fact that the gravy was homemade!

Nachos were Not great salsa sauce was gone bad and sour cream had curled. service was horrible and karaoke was dreadful.
