The service from the employees is pretty bad; they didn't even greet me or ask what I wanted. They just looked me in the eye and expected me to talk.

I ordered a chicken shawarma and they were all pre-made. When you order it, they put it in the press for about 30 seconds and handed it to me. It wasn't hot and didn't taste fresh at all. As well, I didn't get to select any toppings and the "standard" shawarma didn't include pickled turnips. Wtf?!

I won't go back and I will pass this along.

Yummm one of my favourite middle eastern places to eat. They NEVER skimp on the quantity of food. I normally order the Combo # 2 (chicken shwarma, beef kabobs, hummus, rice, pickles, turnips, and garlic sauce w/pita) or the Mala salad which has a refreshing lemon oil dressing. You usually have to wait about 10 minutes for a takeout order but its worth the wait. Always get it in a takeout order cuz the combo is enough food for 2 meals!! Can't beat quality AND quantity for a good price and fresh food.

This is a quick lunch fix for me because it is so close to work. Usually Chicken Shawarma. Recommend you leave out some toppings to get a fresh one because they have many pre-made for the lunch rush. Other dishes look pretty good. A bit pricey, and recently increased them.

The horrible, rude service...is there anything else to say?

Unfortunately the students will find out too late that this place is crap.

I first had barakat at 2am, which was extremely busy with post bar crowd but they had a huge assembly line of shawarma so I received it in about 30 seconds. The shawarma is delicious and soo filling. I went back again a few weeks later for a dinner stop and it brought back delicious memories. I really appreciate how authentic their menu is, even if it is 'fast food'. These are the kind of places people should be eating when their in a hurry.

While it's not the best chicken shawarma I've ever tasted, it is definitely the best in London, Ontario.

I love it and I come back often. Service is good but they struggle because it is a popular place that gets a lot of business. It can take anywhere from 2 minutes to 10 minutes to get your shawarma. 10 mins is a bit long, but absolutely worth the wait.

I've been working by this place for 5 years and was blessed when someone at work introduced it to me. For 5 bucks it's a lunch that keeps me going for the rest of the day. It tastes amazing and they are always happy to custom make it for me.

The food wasn't fresh the chicken was overcooked and very hard to chew and the chashier was very rude maybe they need to change the staff.

The food has always been great however service can tend to get quite slow at times, especially when the owner is working the cash as he takes more time to yell at his staff than be attentive to the customers walking in. In fact he has been nothing but rude to us as well as the staff on every occassion I have been in. I would not go back if it was not for the awesome food and great price. However I would recommend to the owner that he consider that customers need to be treated with respect since they are paying his wages!

omg i have never had such emazing food .... you have to go and try is the best .... my friends from toronto and they always crave it so i have to take it down everyweekend for them.
