Ginger Bread House Restaurant

We were planning on going to Gilligan's (good, homemade burgers), but they had a 30 minute wait. We were walking down the street past the Ginger Bread House Restaurant, and a man on a bench outside said to us, were you planning on going to Gilligan's? This place is much better. I asked him if he worked there, and he said no. We go inside, and they have a slightly overpriced menu with about 100 items. I could tell the food would be garbage, but other people in our party wanted to stay. Service was mediocre, food was horrible. We ordered a burger which was a tiny prefab patty, and two roast beef dip sandwiches which were luke warm and flavorless. The fries were just regular frozen fries. Other food was mediocre as well. On my way to the bathroom I saw the same guy who was outside and told me he didn't work there, working in the kitchen. Would not recommend...gross frozen food and bad prices. Honestly, A&W would have been MUCH better and cheaper too.

A fair place to eat. The atmosphere was nice and clean but I was disappointed with the portion I received. The sandwich was very small, for $8.50 I expected a decent size meal. There are many better places to eat at in Leamington.

A very nice place to go for traditional greasy breakfast. Servings were generous and food was tasty. Very friendly and efficient service. Nothing fancy, but no complaints. We will be returning tomorrow!
