Dairy Queen Brazier

DISGUSTING. I have personally met the owner of this restaurant, and was greeted by a very demeaning, rude, patronizing little man. He is not the kind of person would want to talk to, and i certainly do not want him to touch my food in any way shape and or form. I am disgusted by the way he talks to people as if they are idiots. He acts as if he thinks he knows everything. I would not reccomend this to anyone. I have gone to other dairy queens in the k-w region and have enjoyed their food way more than this particular DQ. I would not be surprised if they got shut down. I have also gone there at night, and was refused entry to the washroom facilities, even though i was a paying customer. His reasoning was that i might vandalize it. I don't believe that if someone has to go to the washroom and you have one, you should deny entry based on your personal judgement of the person. I was wearing modest clothing, and with my boyfriend on a tuesday night. I did not look in any way suspicious.

In conclusion, I hope anyone reading this would please try to stay away from this dairy queen in specific, as I have only had bad experiences. If the management changes, then the place might have a chance of redeeming itself. Until then, I refuse to go there. The attitude of the management disgusts me, and I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes.

What is is about Dairy Queens? The staff almost always have stained uniforms, and this locations wasn't an exception. It's not a car repair shop, it's a place that serves food.

That aside, the sundae was ok, but a little on the overly sweet side. Not the best ice cream, and dressing it up they way they do didn't help a whole lot.
