Boston Pizza - Alpine

Boston Pizza is awesome but way too noisy. The food is great, the servers are awesome and the decor is perfect but the noise level is too much! We'll go back because we always do but only when we can take the NOISE...turn the music down a bit please!!

The food was excellent and portions were awesome. Our waitress, Ainsley showed quick service and was on key with all of our needs. When it came time for the bill, she was able to split two items that was shared. Terrific service. I was glad to leave a well deserved tip.

My son and I arrived and were seated right away. The server Brian was very attentive; he brought out our drinks right away and suggested the caesar salad. It was great! Excellent service. We will definitely return again.

We waited 25 min, precisely how long we were expecting. We were three children and three adults, and a fussy eater or two in the bunch. It was a busy Saturday night, and I, too, saw what appeared to be a manager, clearing tables and serving food. Despite the crowd, our food was prepared quickly, and to our specifications. Two small changes I would have preferred: the portion size on the chicken parmesan was a little small, and, not being a fan of garlic mashed potatoes, I would have opted out of the garlic for regular. Both steak-eaters could not say enough about how beautifully their steaks were prepared. Our server, Brittany, was excellent. Not hovering (she was too busy), but appeared from nowhere, instinctively knowing when to offer her service. She even played along with the kids when we started our Price Is Right game of guessing the total bill. Even if the meal had been a disaster, Brittany's service and attitude would have saved the day.

The food was OK but the service was very bad, I shoud of went across the street.

Portion size on the Caesar Salad with the chicken breast was twice what a normal person would eat...but absolutely amazing (and brought home for later consumption). The pizza was a little greasy but still fairly decent...perhaps I'm not used to toppings that are not processed to death (a la Pizza Pizza). The service was excellent. Refills on the pop are free and I never went without.

When it got busier, one of the managers was out walking the floor to help out the servers and to make sure people were taken care of. Great place to go and I love the mount trashmore mural.

The wait was about 20 minutes, exactly what the greeter predicted. This is a well run franchise, as everyone is involved in servicing the customer. We had people refilling drinks without asking, removing plates, etc. I saw someone who I think was the manager cleaning up tables. Reasonably quick and courteous service. The spaghetti was a little overcooked, but otherwise good. The portion sizes were good, especially the spaghetti. A little pricey. Not really a good place to relax, as we felt a little rushed.
