Food was cold, no help from the kitchen and the few people in the restaurant were rude.
Worst meal in a long time.

My wife and some friends were visiting Kincardine and asked a local gentleman to direct us to the best restaurant in town. We arrived at Victoria Park Restaurant at the centre of town overlooking Victoria Park. Our first impressions were that someone had been cooking all day. The place smelled amazing. We dined on Venison Racks with cranberry and juniper compote, the very best lamb we have tasted and enjoyed the company of a very knowledgable waitress and charming chef who made sure we were very well looked after. The wine list was also amazing for a small intimate restaurant. Desserts were all spectacular and obviously made on the premises by a talented chef who should have his own cooking show. All in all this was the highlight of our day trip to the Bruce County area. Nice place.

We could not believe our luck. This cozy little place had all the ambiance of some of the best restaurants in Europe we've visited.Their wine list was really good with some very affordable choices. The food ranged from the best steak I have ever tasted to a delicious Thai dish enjoyed by several of our friends that contained the largest tiger shrimp I have ever seen. The Chef himself visited our table personally on three occasions to answer questions. Very unique place. We strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Kincardine.
