The Bruce Bar And Grill.
First of all, yes everyone in Kincardine has been to the Bruce Bar and Grill, however this was the first time I ate there since they decided to class up the place with table settings during the dinner hours. I will say, yes I was happy they made this change. With the exception of the open mic night, the atmosphere was comfortable, the type of place you could wear jeans and a tee-shirt and be middle of the pack on class.
For an appetizer I ordered the Italian poutine (basically fries dressed in bruschetta's clothing). This was not as terrible as the others told me, however it wasn't anything special either (and the fries got pretty soggy by the time you reached the bottom of the dish).
For dinner I ordered their grilled chicken caesar wrap with a garden salad on the side. The wrap was supposed to be grilled, but there were no indications of it actually being grilled other than the wrap being dried out. Other than that the meal was quite good as usual, and the waitress was quite attentive and the service was better than average (I suspect that this had something to do with the fact that it was one of the owners serving our table).
I would give the Bruce Bar and Grill a 7 out of 10. I will undoubtedly be back and I will probably eat there again, however because of the open mic night they lose some points.

Restaurant has a poor draft selection.
Patio is nice.
Food quality is very good and well priced.
Unfortunately this expeerience is ruined by atrocious service. Like other reviewers have stated, you can easily wait 15 minutes for a drink and an hour for food which is ridiculous given the food they serve. This is not the pleasant wait staff's fault but manangement's who clearly can not run a restaurant to save their life. I doubt they have any formal training but more likely a local family who made good.

Received our drinks and 1 1/2 hours later still no food.
When inquiring why from the manager, he simply stated abruptly, YES, it's taking that long.
While others after us ordered ate and left, we remainded like idiots hoping we might some day get food.
NEVER EVER AGAIN and I will recommend my friends in the area steer clear as well.

The place is in a great spot and as long as you don't mind slow service it's good!

I thought lunch at the Bruce bar and Grill would be nice, appetizer tokk 40 minutes to arrive, after a full hour I cancelled my order, paid for my drinks and appetizer and left. i would assume the food would have been out of this world for the time it was taking to prepare. Will we be back?....I highly doubt it. It was a huge dissapointment to me and my family.

Buffet is terrible. Order from menu. burgers are good, steak is good (for a bar and grill0 nachos, etc are good. salads are not great...

Really slow waitressing, overcooked fries, undercooked ribs, bad food, been here numerous times it never gets better!

Food and service was excellent. Food was hot and speedy. Enjoyed my experience there. Sarah was awesome.

Excellent Service and food. Food was prepared quickly and was piping hot when it reached the table. Everything was prepared to our specifications and the service was great.

definately a greatr place can't wait to go again. to bad that I live in Africa
