Review: First I must clarify. The Service for the size of the restaurant is excellent and the atmosphere is what you'd expect but the food is really superb.
I have been eating at phu-yen pretty regularly for the last 3 years and it's never let me down.
They have the best pho I've had in a long time, and their other soups are fantastic.
I've tried a lot of their dishes and while some aren't to my taste, the quality of the dish has always been excellent.
Order: egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken balls, hot and sour soup, special pho, Szechwan Beef, tsing tao beer.

Review: I've eaten at Phu-Yen a number of times now, and the quality has always been spot on! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at finding such a delicious Chinese food restaurant in the suburbs. They have quick turn-around on take-out, and while the restaurant is small it appears to be kept in good-order. The staff are quite friendly and attentive.
All in all this is one of the better Chinese food restaurants I've eaten at.

Review: First of all, I cannot believe someone would give the food, service and the amenities 1, just based on their food being "too spicy". What an idiot.
This place is great. I work in the area and it is one of the best places to eat for lunch. It can get busy, so you may need to reserve.

Review: We pick up Dinner from Phu Yen a couple times a month. Best Vietnamese/Chinese in Kanata.... Always try something new on the menu. Have yet to be dissapointed.

Review: This was a great rest. We have been back many many times adn have enjoed it quite a bit. When you go into this little rest it is clean and the people are very friendly. I highly reccommend this restuarant
