Perspectives Restaurant

The selection was okay. There were a lot of Asian dishes, which is...uh, different...for a Sunday brunch. We had had sushi for dinner the night before, so seeing it again at brunch was a bit off-putting.

The brunch is spread out a bit in the dining area, and the traditional breakfast food was also interspersed with lamb curry and cheesy scalloped potatoes. Quite eclectic mix of foods!

The dessert table was a bit disappointing. Many of the little finger-food items were dry and/or stale. They made me think that they were probably leftovers from catered events earlier in the week. Ugh.

The only bright spot was the fact that eggs benedict are made to order. The hollandaise sauce stuck the right balance between lemon and butter and was very good.

We left the brunch very, very full, and it was a good meal, but did not leave us excited about a repeat visit.
