Kelly's Welcome

Went there for breakfast in January 08. The good: Homemade bread for the toast was good, food served fairly quickly.
The bad: Fried potatoes were bad, chairs are not comfortable at all, table was wobbly, place smelled like dust and smoke.
The worst part by far was the service. There was only 1 waitress for the entire restaurant and she said she had been working really long hours, so she was really tired. However, there was another person just standing there at the bar and not helping her at all! There was no salt, pepper, sugar, napkins, or utensils on the table. I was not given anything to put in my coffee, it was just put down and she tuned her back and walked away. Same thing with the food - in fact, the food was dropped off wothout utensils or napkins at all, and, since nobody came to check on me, I had to go ask the woman at the bar for these items. There were only 3 other tables with people at them so service should have been so much better. I will not be back.
