I just came from this restaurant and the Dim Sum was very good. I was also impressed that the prices are reasonable - 16 dollars includeing tax for 4 small items and 1 large item. The tea was refilled when it was not longer steaming, very nice. I enjoyed all the items. It was my first time trying the fried turnip cake and it was very nice. Although the sauce for the garlic spare ribs was tasty, the ribs themselves had virtually no meat on them, so I was dissapointed with that one. Service was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this place for dim sum, which is served weekends and holidays only.
- Order: Dim sum - fried pork dumplings, garlic spare ribs, mung been noodle dish, fried turnip cake, sesame seed balls, tea, water

Since moving to Kanata this has become one of our favourite places to eat out on weekends (dim sum is only available at lunch time on weekends) and we have introduced many friends to it. We used to make the trek to the Mandarin Ogilvie but, without taking anything away from the MO, this little restuarant has won our business. Granted they have a few less choices, but they also have lower prices.
It is a small restaurant and the carts don't get moving well until about noon, but once they do, they come at a good pace. The only possible problem we encountered was that we once received a dish that was cold, it was replaced quickly and without any problems.
We have been many times and we and our friends have always enjoyed the experience. The smaller size makes it a pleasant experience and the layout provides more intimacy for each table then we have normally had at dim sum.
- Order: Dim Sum, Dim Sum,Dim Sum shrimp shumai, deep fried cuttlefish tentacles, ginger squid, noodles, eggplant and shrimp, noodle rolls with shrimp, sesame ball with bean paste and many other.

we went on a very busy so it took a long time for the order. we waited quite a while for our bill as well. the foood was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. the fish wasn't very fresh tasting. anyway, i'm from downtown and theres nothing different from the other restuarants downtown.

There are usually more orientals than "white" people in the restaurant always a good sign. All food we have eaten there exceptional. Service most of the time is good. Clean.
One of our favorite restaurants and in our opinoin one of the best chinese restaurants in the west end.

Dim sum is really good, and the price wasn't that bad comparing to the places in china town. And they were fast in giving out their food. Selection size was resonable.

The dishes were definitely the most authentic Chinese food I've ever had (as good as the Chinese restaurants in the Toronto/Richmond Hill/Scarborough area). The servers are friendly but the problem is that they get sooooo busy at nights (especially on the weekends) that the service is just very slow. I've ordered take-out several times there too and I still had to wait at least 10-15 minutes after their suggested pick-up time. However, the food there are definitely worth it!!
