My-Thai Restaurant

Never will we make this mistake again. The food was half-cooked and the waitress looks like she did not really want to serve. What's wrong? If you are not happy to serve, find other job.

This place was brutal. Pad Thai was terrible, very sweet and little flavour aside from this. Couldn't even continue eating it. Basil beef not great. Atmosphere was terrible, dim little place, server didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I parked in the public parking lot about a block away, on the other side of the parking lot is another restaurant, which has all you can eat dim sum and sushi. If you're in the area, do yourself a favour and go there instead.

Fodd: Pad Thai was awesome and my friends enjoyed their lunch combo (curry and soup).

Service: Didn't wait long for food but the server was unfriendly and obviously did not want to be there.

This is a pretty unusual score for me to give, but this was the worst service I have ever received, EVER. The food here is normally good, but what we got wasn't cooked properly or was past its prime, and caused everyone who ate it to be sick with food poisoning. When I called back to let the restaurant know what happened, the manager was defensive and rude, claimed that nobody had ever complained in that establishment before, and essentially told me I must be lying. She outright said that she didn't care if her customers returned after a bad experience, and so I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. This experience was at the Ancaster location, but they're all run by the same manager.

seriously..the padthai just didnt taste right.. it was too sweet..i had better pad thais before than that. and the cashew chicken was discusting..the service was ok..

This is the 4th or 5th time I've dined at My-Thai. I chose this restaurant for a special birthday dinner. We were ecstatic about the tastes! The fresh ingredients are amazing and this was the first time I've had the Cashew Chicken ... Excellent! There was no room for dessert, but my faviourite from past visits is the Mango and sticky rice. mmmmm

Delicious, fresh food beautifully presented. Excellent service. Pleasing, intimate atmosphere. (New, larger location in Ancaster still working out bumps in service/decor and food wasn't quite as good, but these are probably temporary glitches.)

Best Restaurant in town!!! We visit at least once a week! Have had thai in toronto, new york city etc and it beats all other thai restaurants!!!

i love this restaurant. the food is always just right, and very quickly prepared. great place to have an affordable, delicious, authentic dinner!!
