Joy Inn Restaurant & Tavern

After 2 bad experiences I thought id give the place one more chance. The soup tasted "off" i couldnt finish it. & the rice had a weird taste...same thing happened the last 2 times so i will never go back.
I dont know what thier secret ingredient is...but its horrid.

There was broken glass in our cantonese chow mein. When I called to complain/inform them, they said "Okay, thank you!" despite trying several ways to explain, they kept cutting me off and then hung up on me.

I have no idea what that C.Scott person is talking about, must be a wacko from that house around the corner. I live just around the corner and I go there all the time for my mom and my family and it is the best chinese food IMO. I love the place and I would go there all the time if I could.

Good Food, with no complaints....actually quite good compared to what I have had in the past at other places. Decent portions and all.

I ordered in, and when i was talking to the lady, i could hardly hear her, they need to speak up, and not be so rude. when i kept saying to speak up she would say i cant because they're are customers...... well than go to a different room! I wasen't even sure what i was ordering or not.
and when the food arrived, it was cold, and soggy.
i do not reccomend this resturant at all.
they need to shape up, or else none of my family, or friends will ever eat there again!

Good food for a good price!

Order from Joy inn regularly for delivery. They always come through on time. Once they even had no driver and had the chef bring it after they closed. The food is excellent. I've been in there as well...very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The dry garlic spare ribs are to DIE for and if you order wings make sure u state LIGHTLY breaded because they're the best that way. Order some honey garlic sauce on the side and you're good to go. I give them a 10 all the way.

The food is excellent! The wait staff is so friendly and so timely. This is the real deal!
