Stampede Ranch

I very much enjoy the Stampede, the music and other diners are always friendly. I don't find the waitress staff very friendly but the food is fantastic and the beer is cold. It is one of the few places left where you can enjoy a meal outside in the fall and still remain warm. Not to mention, if you are a smoker, you can still relax there.

The only time i come here is for the patio and it's very cool. It's usually packed on warm days. The veggie burger tasted better than it looked. And they don't serve it to you with a piece of wet lettuce on top of your bun like those more expensive bar & griils! Hooray! The fries were awesome! it had some extra crunchy things on it... i don't know what but almost like the little fried stuff on tempura, except not as much. Very good value...it was only $5 and I was very happy. the waitress was really friendly and checked up on us fairly regulary, which was a bit surprise since we were the only ones on the patio and i figured we'd be forgotten. nope!

The place does serve food. It was not that great. I had the Nacho's which were rushed through bar stuff. Don't come here for pub food. Bar, country yep that it is. Booze prices were ok,
service is ok, but if your coming to eat as we did, it is disappointing.

Needs work. no drinks on dance floor and floor for dancing not standing around.Traveled from Hamilton to attend was not thrilled.

The mushrooms were very nice. Chicken was ok but nothing great. Waitress was prompt and nice but we were the only ones therre when we walked in so not sure how it is when busy. The ceiling is.. interesting.

great atmosphere, the servers were polite and helpful.. i will definetly go back

AMAZING PLACE,love the food, best fries, wings, all around pub food in guelph, the staff are amazing and the food is top notch, there is live entertainment thursday, friday, saturday, but come early as it picks up past 930

Not only great food, but you would be hard pressed to find better prices. The atmosphere was what totally made our night....feeling like we had walked into the old west and being served by the most polite little cowgirls. The next time Im in town, I wont hesitate to go back!

The food is tasty and good portions. The service was a bit slow, but the waitress was very attentive. If you don't like crowds, don't stay for the band afterwards, but overall a nice dining experience. Love the covered smoking patio. I'd go back just for the convenience of smoking indoors.
