Excellent service, excellent food. Compliments to a well run operation! Obviously these people know what they are doing.

I stay in Guelph a lot on business and like to eat out. I've had some bad experiences at the restaurants in this area, especially located in the mall there. I was really impressed with the level of service at this location. The food was hot and fresh I was very impressed.

My boyfriend and I hadn't been out for dinner in a little while, so we both agreed to go to East Side. The Ceasars were awesome! Our server was new and in training, but very polite. Our salad was crisp, our bread was hot, as well as our meal. We were very happy with everything.

The service was horrendous. It took 15 minutes for someone to even take our drink orders and when we asked for pitcher of Stella she laughed in our faces as if having a pitcher of Stella was absurd. The food was pretty good but the whole experience kind of ruined my appetite. The horrible service ensures I will not be back.

Garden salad was nice but could have used more chicken. Chicken P was usual standard from ES. Atmosphere was nice in the bar and waitress was friendly.

This is one of those restaurants where whenever you go nothing is different or bad...All of the employees are top notch with the most fantastic service...The food is scrumptious and the portions are so large you go away always with a take out package with your leftovers...the most delicious hot baked loaves of garlic bread and the best salads that are all you can eat...The best thing is that the waiter/waitress brings you more without you having to ask.. and they are also very attentive with all your needs such as more water or your bill..Top notch service ..The pasta or pizzas or other menu features are so good as are the desserts and beverages in huge glasses with tons of ice so they are cold ..I give two big thumbs up for this place and recommend it to anyone who loves value for their money and good food and a smile when they leave.

the salad is okay but its all you can eat so i enjoy it! the food is mediocre but they have cool signs to let the waiters know when you want more salad, so you dont have to ask!

Not bad, portion size was a little small. Included a house salad and bread, so overall was fine. Nothing spectacular. Was with a large group, and they handled us well.

The food was pretty good - tasty, fresh and it came quickly. The service was very friendly and quick. It seems to be a good place to go for a quick lunch.
