Teddy's Food Fun & Spirits

Worst experience ever! The place was packed when my party of 15 arrived. We soon found out there was a party of 50 (a kids hockey tournament), a party of 20 and along with us another party of 15. This place ALWAYS under staffs. There were 4 yes 4 servers to handle all that chaos!!!!!!!!!!! Service is always TERRIBLE because the owners never ever have enough people on staff. I ordered a Cesare to drink that came in the most pathetic size glass ever!!! For the cost it was a complete rip off!!! We were enjoying peanuts until our waitress could actually make it to our table just as another waitress grabbed them off the table basically yelling at us saying a kid with the hockey tournament had a peanut allergy. Extremely rude since they were refilling the peanuts for us. When it came time to order food our waitress took half our tables order and left!!!!!!!!!!!! So the other halfs food came at a different time. We had wings which were SOOOO SOOOO SOOO dry and apparently that is the way they come? I had raved about the wings and Teddy's made a complete liar of out me. We had a person at our table allergic to wheat and asked the waitress to ask the cook if the wing sauce or french fries had any sort of wheat. Do you think they could answer this question? NO apparently it was to hard to read a bottle for ingredients. Another person at our table ordered a burger which never came. At that point we grabbed our bill and dashed. It was the worst experience with the lack of staff and loud noisy chaotic scene with over 30 kids running around. Not to mention the place hasn't ever been renovated or updated. The bathrooms are disgusting!!!!!! It feels like a dungoen with dim lighting. I was on Team Teddy's but not anymore. I will never go back and good luck trying to impress and keep customers while running a BS operation.

o.m.g. the food is awsome!!!!! the burgers you can tell are homemade... as much as everything on the menu,,,, the fries are crispy and great! i love this place.... will go every day i can!!!!! the cooks are awsome and fast! !!!!!!!!!!!!

Previous reviewers are obviously trying to help out the new guys in town who couldn't even begin to come close to the food and service given at Teddy's!!! Obviously a business that's been in town for 45 years is doing something right. We are regular customers at Teddy's and as always the food was awsome..you can't beat their salads for quality and value for your dollar. The wings are the best in the Niagara area and their combo platters can not be beat!!!! The absolute BEST place in town.

YUCK. That's the overall impression of the place, the service, and the food. The wings were greasy and terrible, and obviously deep fried in grease that hasn't been changed in a very, VERY long time. The fries were the same. The service was extremely unimpressive. Boy oh boy, I have read the previous reviews, and Teddy's, you should be worried. Now that you have competition in town, you'd better pick up or get out - NEVER again.

This is somewhere we frequent only because the music is not as loud as the other wing joint in town. I kick myself every time we come out because the service is the worst I have ever seen. It takes forever to receive your food even when the bar is empty. The staff don't care and it shows. They're lucky they have a monopoly in Grimsby because if there was competition they'd be out of business!

I'm wondering how this place has not been shut down by the health board!! As soon as you walk in you aer overcome by the horrible smell of urine mixed with stale beer. The washrooms are disgusting...I turned around and walked out. If this is how the restaurant is kept that the customer can see then I wonder what the kitchen looks like...not to mention how they handle my food!
I will NEVER go back...EVER!!!!

i want 45 minutes of my life back because that is how much time it took, to get seated and searved with a beer on my table it wasn't evan busy. Unless I went up to the bar and sat with a regular. The wings wern't bad but not good either. Suprisingly small. Any ways I wonder if Teddy can give me back 45 minutes of my life?

and it seems that the waitresses only care about the old gungy regular alchy's that are in there all the time

best wings ever but slow service esp. when it is busy

i know most of the people who work there but they are all nice people and i love the pinball. the food is gret and so is the service i love it there! but i recomend it to all my friends
