Thai chicken was wonderful and spicy. Service was attentive. Atmosphere was nice, very cute. My only suggestions would be 1- use real coconut milk in daquiri - not mix bottle. and 2-get more comfortable chairs. we will come back again

Great Dinner. Great ambience. Lentil soup was fantastic. Rack of Lamb was great. The place was packed. They turned away over a hundred people or so the hostess told me - Definately make reservations. Great for romance.

I had a very enjoyable evening with great food,service, they made us feel like regulars. The atmosphere is very relaxing and romantic. We will be going back in early Sept with a few more friends. This is the best kept secret in Dundas.Thanks for a great evening. Mel

My husband and I dined here on Wednesday and had an exceptional experience. It was quite busy and we had stopped in to share a little wine and a few appetizers after visiting my aunt nearby. We were disappointed to find that they only had 'Ontario' wines by the glass. We both prefer imports. They had sold out of the gigantic Shrimp Cocktails that we had spied coming in the door and could only get one so had to share. This was a good move because we got to try a hot Shrimp dish that was very tasty - it was in tomato sauce and very succulent. The bruschetta was the very best we've had and the caesar salad greens were crisp and the dressing very garlicky and superb. Our waitress turned out to be the owner and was the very best part of the experience. She was very lovely and would just not stop smiling even after my husband started teasing her about it. She told us that she and the chef were going to be married next year and that the operation was entirely a family affair with her sister and parents involved. It was such a treat to support someone so fantastically passionate about their work. We cannot tell enough people to try them.

The service is friendly with detail to your specific requests and you are served with a smile. The steak was fabulous and the soup had a nice exotic spicy flavour. The best I can say is it's happening in Dundas at La Cascata.

Food was amazing. Service fairly good especially considering how busy they were and that we were a big table with lots of modifications. Atmospere could use a little work. We could hear the servers private talk from the bar in back room. We will definately be back - The Absolute best place to eat Dundas has ever had

Truly Dundas' Best Kept Secret.
Everything was marvelous. Huge attention to detail. The food, the atmosphere, the service. This restaurant deserves to be packed full every night of the week - It certainly was tonight! My only complaint is that they aren't open Sunday (at all!) or Saturday for lunch - but I think they are fairly new and I hope that they will revisit their hours.

The food at this restaurant simply dazzles the palate. It's very traditional food with great flair. The decor is romantic. The service is friendly and our visit was a fantastic night out. The restaurant was not very Italian as the name might have suggested but one of our guests had a fabulous Shrimp and Sacallop Pasta with a Red Sauce that tasted like Tuscany. My Husband had a Sirloin that was the size of a softball and was cooked to perfection and rubbed with what must have been Rosemary and Garlic... and maybe something else. The sauce was fabulous. It was rich and meaty and chock full of wild mushrooms. I had the Salmon which was amazing. It came out Medium Rare and was perfect. The sauce was a Lemon and Caper butter that was rich and a little tangy - the perfect complement. The roasted potatoes were great - as were the mashed, I couldn't help steal a little taste. Another guest had an amazing risotto and beef tender strip concoction which was regalled to high heavens. I must add that one member of our group was on a diet - the chef allowed her to customize her meal to fit her regiment apparently they make everything fresh so it wasn't a problem. This was also very helpful for her husband who is Celeiac (allergic to wheat) - he had brought his own rice pasta along but was happy to find out he could choose from a wide selection of menu items. Apparently they have had alot of celiac guests and even carry their own rice pasta upon request. My only complaint was with our server. She was a little distant and really didn't take much time with our table. She forgot our wine order for about 15 minutes and then brought out the wrong wine and proceeded to open it before she showed it to my husband who had ordered it. The hostess completely made up for this and offered to buy us dessert - which I partook and ordered their fabulous Chocolate Pecan Tart. She was a very friendly girl who was chatty and bounced around the restaurant checking on guests and laughing with regulars - what a great employee. I hope they treasure her! All in all a fantastic visit. I plan on making it a frequent spot. They accept the entertainment card for up to $25 and their hours are good. MMMMmmmmmm next time i'm ordering two soups the french onion and the daily soup (Butternut squash tonight - It melted in your mouth!)- I just can't get over how good the food was - and the prices you just can't beat. Combine that with the atmospehere and the service and Dundas has finally got a jewel it should be proud of!
