Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We were seated at a great table and were looked after by a very friendly young girl. She took very good care of us. Our meals were served hot and delicious. We are in a lot of Swiss Chalets as we travel the country but think this is one of the best. It is very bright and clean and the food and service are always right on. We'll be back in the winter.

We ordered online and picked order up. The only error was in forgetting the childs dipping sauce. One phone call and the manager himself drove the sauce out to our house. (approx. 15 mins) each way. No one can say they don't care about customer service. There was no hesitation only question was how to arrive at our door. Thanks so much!!

They really need to smarten up their take-out service. They are always leaving part of the order out. It's very annoying to get home and find no potatoes. This has happened several times.

Absolutly amazing! Best Swiss Chalet, food wise, in Ontario!

Every busy because it was Elivis Festival (Saturday night) so it took awhile to get a table. the food at this swiss chalet is the best ive ever been too except of course it being elvis festival, i didnt see the waitress as much, but it wasnt a big problem.

We couldn't have been more pleased by the experience. We were treated exceptionally well, the service was spot on and the waitress laughed and joked with us making it an even better meal. It's nice to see people enjoying what they do. The food was prompt, accurate and delicious. The server make every effort to make it an enjoyable dining experience. We eat here often and have never had bad service - EVER. A great family restaurant that serves good food at a great price. This location is the best I've ever eaten is as Swiss Chalet/Harvey's go - it's clean, well staffed, good food and friendly service. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience here. It's a mainstay of the community!

Our service was slow and the waitress never smiled. We were positioned right by the door, right by the lineup and never offered another seat (there were plenty of other available tables). As the evening went on, despite there being empty tables, the greeter was very slow to seat anyone. She had the role of clearing the tables too, so she rushed back and forth around us. Our bill took forever to come (about thirty minutes. We won't be going there again.
