JD'S Cafe & Family Restaurant

A great place to stop for breakfast. Food is good, service and setting are great. Small town atmosphere makes you feel like you're at home.

Overall the atmosphere was alright. The front room is nice and cozy. The back dining area with the buffet feels a little overwhelming seeing as the dining room has nearly 200 seats in it and no private seating. It feels little bit cold, but there are plenty of things to look at on the walls which can be purchased which is nice if you have money to spend.
The food was mediocre. Most of it seemed like frozen food reheated by high school line cooks who don't know what they are doing. Our server was nice but generally not very knowledgeable. She promoted items that I don't think she had tried before.

Very busy place for average food- can't figure it out- maybe all you can eat menus have something to do with it- NIce atmosphere if a little sprawling and cold and service is fine but would spend my money elsewhere.
