  • I cannot believe it would take thirty eight minutes to not receive breakfast on a Sunday morning . I cannot blame the waitress she was running around trying to serve everyone the cook came out form the kitchen and hung out at the cash register

  • Order: Bacon and eggs X 2

  • Although the food was decent, the service was the worse we have ever experienced. I wanted to take my son out to a nice dinner, so we went there and both ordered full course meals.

By the time the food was at out table though, we were both on our second beer. Although we were not upset, I do remember striking up a conversation with the patrons next to us about the slow service. We weren't in that much of a rush so when the waiter suggested we get the wings we accepted.

However, we didn't realize we were both full from the full course meals we had just ordered and it was getting late. However, they would not let us take the wings with us or give us a refund.

It was eat in only but we didn't know because we didn't go there for wings, the waiter never told us either. We had been there over an hour and a half so far when all we wanted to do was eat and be on our way. However, leaving a near full two orders of wings was unacceptable.

On top of this the waiter actually yelled at us and when my dad made a comment about them wasting food, she said "we don't want 'your kind of people' coming back here. To this day I don't understand what she was referring too. Regardless we have not been back since.

Barring this extreme example, I know friends who have had similar experiences where they would screw up an order and not be very sympathetic towards the customer.

We do eat out regularly and I would personally recommend Casey's on the Kingsway or Pat & Marios in New Sudbury. Umai Sushi on Paris is also very good if you are looking for Asian food. Each of these places we have eaten regularly for years and have never had such poor service.

  • Order: two entrees, beer, two 2 pound orders of wings

  • I have been to Signatures several times. Each time, the food is amazing! I love this restaurant, and prefer this one to all of the restaurants in Sudbury.

My favorites are the cheese spinach dip, and the smoky chicken wrap. Mmmmmm!

On one occasion, I had a ditzy waitress that "forgot" to bring me my appetizer. But, overall, the service is excellent, and I would reccomend this place to everyone.

  • We had a great meal at Signatures in Chelmsford. The food was excellent, as was the service. A great experience all around. Our server was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly.

The restaurant size, decor, and lighting is nice (not too dark or too bright). Another thing-- they offered fresh grated parmesan cheese with our salads and pasta which was a lovely (and delicious) touch.

  • Order: Draft beer, salad to start, cappelletti as an entree accompanied with wine

  • This is a hidden treasure restaurant! My mother and I decided to go and we had a fantastic time!

Everything was quick and we had a young brunette as our server who was sweet, precise and fast!

11/10 in our books! Will return again and again and again!

  • Order: Cesar, Red House wine, salads and chicken

  • I signed up just to get this off my chest, hopefully get outa my head and maybe put an opposing review to the only other review on this site by Rose dated Dec 2008 which is almost 3 years ago now.

    Here is what happened.

I went to “Signatures” with 2 Friends last night for Dinner. We all ordered the chicken cheese sandwich that consists of red onions, bacon, mushrooms, and chicken Smothered with Alfredo sauce. The Menu states that this selection comes with the choice or Fries, Soup, Caesar or Garden salad. My friends selected Fries and I selected the Caesar salad but also requested to add a Side dish being a Loaded Baked Potato for $2.49 (the Side Dish Menu is on the same page as my sandwich).

The first thing all of us discovered with our meal was there was little to no “smothered in alfredo sauce” in our sandwiches. We informed our waitress, and the easiest solution was to bring us a small side bowl of Alfredo sauce. This does not seem to be a big deal but this is the first occurrence where the menu did not reflect what we received. Our waitress later told us it was like that because other people had complained about the bun becoming too soggy.) OK

We finished our meals, my bill arrives, and I discover extra charges that I begin to discuss with my waitress. I was charged $5 for a salad and $1.25 for a loaded baked potato. Quite quickly she becomes defensive stating charges are legitimate and my argument was not reflective of the menu. Regardless, she leaves to change the bill anyway. My friend actually got a menu, just to make sure, and it WAS stated that the salad was a choice included in the meal. The bill returned to find that yes the Salad charge was removed but now there was two charges being $1.99 for a baked potato and $1.25 for the Loaded portion of the baked potato. That’s $3.24 for an item listed in the menu for $2.49

Later, at the bar, both the manager and the waitress heard my argument that the extra charges do not reflect the menu price. (I didn’t bring up the salad incident.) The manager explained quite firmly that the “Sides Menu” prices listed reflect a price where an “Entree” is purchased. But my argument was that no where is this explained. She then became very rude and paid me $.50 stating I was not listening to her and walked away. (This still wrong. Its a $0.75 plus tax extra charge at this point.) After walking to the front cash, my waitress pulls another quarter from her pocket. I paid my bill in cash, received my change, had a conversation about what had just happened, still left generous tip and left puzzled and disappointed thinking about the TV show Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares.

Don’t think I’ll be back. Doesn’t seem right to go into a place and get disappointed and ripped off. My recommendation would be to avoid this disoriented restaurant and avoid some disappointment. (Disappointment I will likely carry for some time but I hope not.)

  • Order: Chicken Cheese Sandwich with salid, Loaded baked potato, 20oz. beer

All this over 75 cents?? Sorry, but it sounds like you can't really afford to be eating out in the first place.

  • I go out of my way to go to Signatures. Every single thing we've eaten there is excellent, and we try to go every Friday.
I love their wings and my husband loves the cheese capelletti. Their strawberry daiquiris are so yummy too.
The prices are so reasonable. When we go, we usually get an appetizer, then 2 full meals, along with 2 drinks, and it only costs about $40 bucks total.

  • Order: capelletti, wings, caesar salad, taco salad, speghetti, clubhouse
