Stargazers On The Thames

I understand the restaurant is closed as of Friday November 21st.

The best meal I have had in ages. i loved the tortilla crust on the pickerel and the spicey butter sauce. The peach cobbler was to die for.

I had the best meal ever. I loved the local ingredients and the white chocolate creme brulee. We ate out on the patio and it was spectacular. We even saw a heron dining down river.

I love how Stargazers supports the local farmers. The salads were from local farmers and the peaches and blackberries on the salad tasted like they had just been picked. The curry stuffed pepper was amazing and the salmon was as fresh as could be. i liked the potato planks with the salmon. The essex county honey creme caramel was excellent. The service was terrific-- attentive without smothering.

Everyone at our table raved about this place. The lamb chops were to die for and the peach chutney was amazing. We even bought some of their BBQ sauce to bring home with us

No wonder they have so many accolades in their foyer. This place is great.

The flavours were amazing and the presentation is top notch.

We sat out on Patio overlooking the river and had a great time. Our waiter, Eric, was very attentive and the food was to die for. No wonder they have so many reviews and plaques on their wall.

I haven't been to stargazers in awhile but I was pleasantly surprised with the food. i love the 100 mile diet thing they are doing with their chef's menu. It is a steal at under $30 per person for 3 courses and a glass of wine.
